You would think the limited interaction with them wouldn't be an issue, but even getting something simple done--like calling in a prescription, submitting a referral for insurance, uploading insurance cards, or helping them count the weeks until the next treatment--turns into a challenge. It's extremely frustrating; communicating with them feels like talking to a wall 99% of the time. In reality, you end up dealing with the staff far more than with Dorothy herself. This office has so much potential, Dorothy is honestly brilliant and truly wants to help her patients.

She is extremely thorough remembers what we discussed during my last visit and has been very accurate in her diagnosis. On a side note she also remembers my family members and always asks about my adult children who live out of state. This is a very busy practice and if you have a minor problem and need to be seen that day the nurse practitioner is always available, but if you have a more serious concern as I recently did Dr. Cotugno will find the time to see you ASAP. Excellent physician and a caring individual.

The online system for securing your place in line is very convenient. I was seen by Angelina Miseno-callaghan who was amazing. I am a chronic illness patient so I encounter many doctors, and often when going to urgent care I encounter doctors of which who instantly dismiss me, don't listen to my concerns, or make me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Dr Miseno-Callaghan is definitely not in that group, and was very patient and made sure she got a history, as well as a second opinion before advising and treating me due to my chronic conditions. Due to a dental infection I have, she advised me of doctors and locations that will likely accept my insurance, as well as have openings. When I came in I felt lost, stuck, and suffering. Now the next day I feel better due to the medication prescribed by her, and the guidance, as well as validation, she has given me.

The PA tested me for strep and when it was negative, she gave me a "prescription" to gargle. Needless to say, I became more ill when I was away and had nothing to relieve it. I was ill the entire time I was away. Thanks for nothing!
