He went to his appointment on 11/29/07. Mind you, hubby would never have made the appointment if he didnt feel he need that sort of help. Lots of negative things were going on in his life at the time and he was feeling overwhelmed with all his personal problems and was battling now with depression. When he got to his appointment, the Dr. was looking through his files when he told my hubby that he would NOT see him until he paid $70 for an appointment my hubby missed in 1998!!!! Imagine doing that to a man on the verge of a mental breakdown! NOT professional at all....and NOTHING to be done for it as psychologist are not considered "real" doctors and are therefore not regulated as such. Overall I found this service, rude, inconsiderate, the clinician constantly made me second guess my motivations by trying to force me to share my deepest issues with her when I wasn't ready to trust her because of the red flags above. I fired her over text to make sure I was safe from police coming to my door because she seemed kind of vengeful. If you are seeking a clinician this is likely not the place for you, if you are seeking a millennial to judge and be rude to you this is the place.

He walked me through everything and helped us find a solid drug rehab center in Upstate New York, and even got my friend set up with an alcohol detox program that same week.
