RDM did not mark all boundary points as was agreed upon for the service I paid for. 14 points were…read moreidentified but only 13 were marked. The last point fell within a space being used by my neighbor. RDM recommend I have a conversation with the neighbor because this can be a sensitive and uncomfortable issue. Following my timely conversation with the neighbor, I asked RDM to place the last pin, and was told that the last pin would be placed for an additional charge. The service I paid thousands of dollars for was not completed as expected.
