For the last year they came every three weeks in the winter and if we don't call to remind him, we are lucky if they come three times a month in the summer. If he wants more money, fine. But this type of treatment is unprofessional and puzzling. I do not recommend them as a lawn service and if you do want to have them, get everything in writing. But MATHEW, that guy is another level of hustle and hard work. He called me back within seconds. He was polite and friendly. He said "I'll give you an estimate shortly." He drove to my house immediately (not close to where he was.) And called me from there -- yeah this is price: when can I start? And 12 hours later -- a quarter of an acre of yard looked brand new. He came to the house to check out the trees two days later and came back to complete the job 2 more days later. He was professional and to the point in his communication and his work, and he honored the price that he quoted. He trimmed the trees with care and made them look very nice.
