I told them once, and again yesterday, that their employees were using a weed whacker to cut our lawn. Now, our yard is a small city-sized yard but not small enough to necessitate using a weed whacker. In fact before we starting using them we always used a lawn mower. Our issue was that when they use a weed whacker it doesn't cut the lawn fully and within a few days it was back to the length it was when they "cut it" with the weed whacker. They also, consistently moved bins around to get in our back gate and never put them back. Today I received a response to my last complaint and the response was , "...moving forward please find a new lawn service." Again, we are long-time customers and paid timely and in full and this is the way they correct this issue. Not by correcting their problem and make long-time customers happy but to basically drop them. This is a very, very poor way to handle a business. We are very dissatisfied.

They charge fair and comparable rates vs. the other providers in the area. Their staff are all very friendly and courteous. They are very efficient and do a wonderful job of keeping our lawn looking great. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs lawn or irrigation services.

We paid $1600 to have mulch in our front yard, around our pool and a specific area in our woods. We had them come out and walked through each area prior to the bid. They mulched most of our large wooded area including our yard waste pile and the covered many of our ferns and other plants in areas they were not supposed to mulch. They did not mulch our front yard or the pool area. When we contacted them they said they used more mulch than planned when they mulched areas we did not want mulched so they could not mulch the front yard or the pool area unless we paid more.

He showed up with his crew and they took care of this enormous undertaking of cutting down and removing all of the debris from these two old trees. All went as planned and we were 100% satisfied with the way the job went from start to finish! Professional, efficient, hard working crew! Quality of work and value of money spent will give them our business again. Thank you guys! Tim & Sheryl Dangos

They were successful in removing the gigantic dead limb from a separate tree that loomed over the carport, as well as getting rid of shrubbery roots underneath so I could build my fence. They were kind enough to haul away all of the yard waste, but left me some good cut wood to burn in my fire pit. All of this hard work was done within just a couple weeks after I reached out during a busy holiday season, and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Southfork Tree next time I need some help.

Established in 1985, the company has done a lot of work in our area. Dan gave me a fair price on some yard work and did a great job. How refreshing to find all debris raked up and deposited in their truck instead of being scattered somewhere between my backyard and their vehicles. Nice not to have to clean up after them. Will definitely use them for upcoming work. Having had bad experiences with both with Platinum Lawn Care and The Constant Gardner, Dan's company was a pleasure to work with. Give them a try.

Our neighbors recommended Lawn Masters and we are glad they did. Lawn Masters has made our yard look so wonderful. Sure, the grass still goes dormant and turns brown in the middle of winter... and it starts to green a little on its own... then Lawn Masters applies the first, then the second application, and the green explodes, and the grass grows so thick and tall. So nice. The grass is growing so wonderfully well that we're filling our dumpster with clippings each week. Lawn Masters also offers spray for ticks and chiggers... and also lawn cutting services.
