Either his errands took precedence over a new client or he double booked that slot and made me wait. 10:00 came and went. At 10:40, texted him we need to reschedule as it no longer fit into my schedule. Gave him 2 dates and timelines. His reply was not an apology for being so late and not informing me of another delay, but an excuse that he was about 10 min out and had been driving an hour and a half in traffic and would b finished by 3:00. This drive takes 30 min with normal traffic and shouldn't take more than twice that time in heavy traffic. I wondered if his last job ran late! Well, he never did call to reschedule. I had my windows cleaned this afternoon by a very professional company (appt @ 4:00 - done by 5:30) that was more expensive but rated 5 stars on every site. I guess u get what u pay for. Cutting corners never pays off. Neither do excuses, being rude, or not taking responsibility for your inactions. ************************************ The reply from the owner of this company states he was traveling from Santa Barbara which accounts for the amt of time taken to drive to my house. In his text, he stated he was traveling from Santa Maria. No misunderstanding; and this was written in his reply! No need for further comment...

I considered taking it to the Santa Maria Car Wash but after reading several reviews, decided against it. I saw Dan's Mobile Detail was in the "Top 10" of mobile car detailers in Santa Maria. I am so glad I chose to use him. I used the "Request a Qoute" option in yelp and he contacted me back within 30 minutes. He was able to get to my car the SAME DAY! He somehow managed to get years of coffee stains, pet hair, chocolate stains from my kids, grime and scuff marks from my daughters soccer team cleats, ALL GONE. The dash and console were immaculate. Every nook and crack has been wiped clean. Our van looks almost brand new on the interior, and mind you, this car is 12 years old and has over 166,000 miles on it. If your looking for someone who takes obvious pride in their work and pays attention to detail, you won't go wrong. He was professional, courteous, and did exactly what he said he could do. This is an honest review from someone who has never met Dan or even knew about his business before using his services. Thank you, Great Job!

Stars: - Overall: 5 - Scheduling: 5 - Prompt: 5 - Explanations: 5 - Thorough: 5 - Communication: 5 - Cleanliness: 5 - Cost: 4 Since our long-time window cleaning service seemed to go out-of-business, my wife and I needed to find a new one. Yelp had some good reviews, but we turned for advice to a friend we trust. she suggested All Valley Solar and Window Cleaning. We spoke with Jesse, the owner, who visited and gave us an estimate of $200 for the exterior windows/screens and $180 for the solar panels. Five days later, Jesse and an assistant arrived for the job. The assistant...a guy in his 20s...started on the windows and screens while Jesse handled panels on the roof. After finishing the panels, Jesse helped with the other guy...then carefully wiped the trim around the windows and doors. They moved all the outdoor furniture before starting and returned it to the proper place when done. Everything took about 3 hours which was probably a bit longer than usual since I'm sure they wanted to impress a first time customer. We're now on a schedule for Jesse and a helper to come every 4 months...with work on the exterior windows once or twice a year.
