I took my Utv there after a crash for insurance repairs and they refused to replace damaged parts…read morebecause the parts where still useable just scratched all to hell. I had an orv sticker also on a part that was replaced and they replied that they don't replace them if I wanted my old one I could get it out of the dumpster. I went to pickup my repaired Utv and found that it was missing the proper decals thee response was that they where on back order and I could install them myself. Okay one bad experience. On another occasion I called to inquire about some aftermarket parts what would fit on my Utv and the parts sales simply didn't have the the time to talk to me. So they ended my call with the basic Thanks For Calling! Click they hung up on me, I wasn't finished talking yet. I must also include that I bought my Utv there along with three other machines in the past. So much for service after the sale ! They won't be getting anymore bueissness from me.

I left my suv in 4 wheel drive which made a terrible noise when I turned the wheel all the way…read morewhile driving. I did not realize this was normal because I don't know much about cars. So I dropped it off. You'd imagine that if I didn't know leaving it in 4 wheel drive would make a noise while turning that I would be an easy mark. I was very politely told what the problem was and that there would be no charge. No charge, even though he had to spend time checking out my vehicle.

RANT.. if you have vehicle issues I do NOT recommend quality…read moreautomotive. First they had my jeep, it was overheating. They didn't fix/look at the thermostat which was the actual problem (thanks to an actual mechanic). What they did was shave some rust off of the bottom of a pipe under the jeep, and said that's what was causing it to overheat. I got my jeep to leave, and no more than half a mile down the road it was already overheating again. My husband took his truck there, against our better judgment, and they did nothing. It hasn't been starting, but they claim it started just fine for them, so they didn't need to look any further. Their actual wording on the paperwork was "no recommendations". Real quality work they do.. I wouldn't even give them 1/2 a star. Their customer service was extremely rude, which frustrated us.
