Last week another garage changed the timing belt, giving me a photograph of the old cracked timing belt that was in the car (and a photo of the new timing belt they installed). Also, on closer inspection, many of the other services charged by Classic Automotive had not performed nor new parts installed. This has taught me to pay much closer attention to any automotive services provided, and to never do business with Classic Automotive again.

I had my front brakes replaced and my tires rotated at a local company. Then, while driving just a few miles from that facility, my car started making a horrendous grinding noise. I immediately stopped and called a towing company. They said they would call back in a few minutes to let me know when they would get my car and me to take back to the place that had worked on it. After a half hour with no return call, I called Statewide Towing. Andrew, the owner, was there within 15 minutes. In addition to loading my car on his flatbed, he pointed out what my problem was with the front right tire. And, when we got back to the repair facility, he pointed out the problem to the staff. Based on his information, the repair facility paid for the tow, and immediately fixed the problem at no charge. In short, Statewide Towing is a great company, and Andrew is fantastic. They are now my go-to whenever I need road service. You can depend on them!

We had a tire blow out on our RV trip. It was a Saturday and we were in the middle of nowhere. We…read morewere able to get in touch with U.P. Tire, specifically Scottie Hill. Mr. Hill collected all the relevent information. We decided to replace the tire instead of installing the spare. Mr. Hill went to town to pick up the tire and was to us in about an hour. Turns out the other tire on the dual wheels was damaged as well. Mr. Hill had the foresight to bring a second new tire. Within another hour, he had both tires installed and we were ready to go. He also showed us what happened to the tire, a failed brake caliper. We went to a brake shop and got the brake repaired (another great customer service experience). Mr. Hill and the UP Tire team did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
