We had a layer of dust in the return air vents, and there was still construction debris from when the house was built. Mark answered all my questions and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help move things out of the way of the vents. He replaced our dryer vent hose while he was there and he did the bathroom exhaust fans, one hadn't been working properly, and after he cleaned it, it works great!
