She didn't overbook, so no waiting for your appointment. Everything you want in a staff member. She was excellent at her job. I went in after a knee replacement, and I am so glad I chose their facility. My PT Tracy, was always very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous and involved me in each step of the therapy. She made me feel like family. It was a one on one therapy, so no sharing my time with another client. Tracy listened to my input and adjusted accordingly if she felt it necessary, always going above my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a reputable and well qualified physical therapist. They are very conveniently located at the top of the hill on Rt. 422 in Niles, a very non descript dark green stand alone building with plenty of parking next to the old Goldsteins. Center Point may be a smaller facility, but heads above others in their treatment & care of their clients. I'd give them a huge 5* rating.

Now I just have to do outpatient therapy to strengthen my knee with physical equipment. Their team of nurses & therapists are very professional, encouraging, conscientious, compassionate, and always on time. They were also very flexible about my time schedule, as mornings were next to impossible for me. They would call to check up on me and make sure that I was doing okay, as well as having a 24 hour phone access if I ever had any problems. I can't say enough about Randy Williams, who was my therapist the entire time. Not having a different therapist each visit made a huge difference. He was so encouraging and patient while pushing me to improve and reach my goal, but also making sure that I wasn't in pain while doing so. He never left my home until I had an ice pack on my knee to reduce swelling. I was sad to see him leave when his job was done. Thank you Patriot for making a very daunting time in my life bearable. I wish I could give you more than 5*, your team deserves it.

Our doctors office sent two referrals regarding palliative care. My wife left three messages to get information and scheduled and I also left three messages to get scheduled. After weeks, we finally contacted the doctors office to let them know, we had to find someone else because patriot will not call us back. The doctors office contacted them again and they were informed they no longer offer for palliative care. Why couldn't they take one minute to return our phone call to let us know? They are working with vulnerable people who need help and they don't have the courtesy to call back.

Jen is also a fantastic nurse with a great attitude, and is extremely helpful when it comes to getting contact info and other resources for things they don't deal with in the office. The only reason I don't give this practice a 5 star rating is the receptionist/data entry clerk. Andrea has no business working in a position that deals with the patients/clients, ESPECIALLY in an office that sees people with mental health issues. She's rude, interrupts you mid sentence with something irrelevant to what you're saying, and incompetent when it comes to contacting your other healthcare providers or giving you the information you need to help get documents that Juanita requests. Thankfully, you rarely have to deal with her and Jen picks up the slack and helps where the person that should does not. All things considered, Juanita is definitely worth a little hassle every now and then.

We were checked in, seen by the Doctor, -x-rays and out the door within an hour. Excellent. The second time was earlier tonight. My 5 year old fell and landed face first against the wall. We thought his nose was broken so my wife took him here. Again, same fast and professional service and they are great with the little ones when treating them. And no, my little guy's nose isn't broken but it sure looks like it is. This is an urgent care/ambulatory kind of place. If it something too serious for them, they would send you to a local full service hospital by ambulance if you so choose. Great alternative should you need emergency care that does not require a full service hospital. I will not go to any other urgent care place except for this one based on my two experiences. It's nice knowing you can go here minus the hours upon hours of waiting.

I even told her " Look everyone has a bad day and I'm willing to just let it go" She then started again. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor she then said I'll connect you. About 15 minutes later she got back on the phone and she said her supervisor was going to call me back. I asked her if she had my number and she said yes. When I asked her for my number she just read off a number that didn't belong to me. Very rude and TOTALLY unprofessional.
