nasty, 3rd time since new owners. 1st time chicken was cooked so hard I could not cut it with a knife, 2nd time we ordered nacho's they had no chips, and used potato chips instead but said nothing. NASTY. 3X is the charm. I ordered a chicken sandwhich and my hubby soup. The food came out quickly, the bar tender then sent my food back to the kitchen and brought the soup. 3X he sent my food back, we were seated near the kitchen so we saw it everytime. I was hungry, had no drink my husband had no drink, and had his soup and I was more than ticked off. my food looked so good and I wanted to try it. I have to say if you want a place to go to with good food, great service, and a good time, then look no further. I found this place when I worked in St Cloud, I was told about it by a co-worker. What I like about it from day one was how welcomed the staff always made me feel when I visited. Also, I have run into some great locals while visiting. Lastly, I've been to many other bar and grills but this one definitely feels like home. If it weren't so far away as I live in the Cities I would frequent it even more. I love the food at this place, WOW, I am so happy I found the BEST Hamburger in town...Sauk Rapids and St Cloud Area. We ordered delivery tonight and thought the kids meals were a good deal at $6 but my daughter got half a grilled cheese and like 6 fries total. My older child got the cheeseburger and said it was dry and didn't have flavor. I got the Parmesan chicken sandwich and it was ok, the bread was good but the rest of the sandwich lacked flavor and again I got like 10 fries with my meal. I won't be ordering again. read more

The waitstaff and bartender were very rude, standing around talking, it wasn't even very busy, 3 tables with 2 waitresses and the bartender, and took over ten minutes for our orders to be taken. The service was overall slow, and waitress was extremely rude and condescending. read more

I came to this bar 2-3 nights a week and the derives use to be the best ever. After Karen left it all went to hell. My drinks too forever to arrive, after chafing the waitress 'Chree' not sure if spelled correctly. But one softball night we were all drinking and she admitted to the table she forgot to but the order in. Empty drinks for 10 mins plus. While she and the other staff stood around and talked. After I requested a new server thinks went amazingly. Today I was back at the bar and 'Chree' refused to serve me I was fine with it but the her and another server went to a few of my fellow card players talking shit about how I requested better service. If you like fun people and play cards it's a blast just very slow sometimes rude service. Hope they read this cause I am a great tipper of you earn it. read more

This sports bar and grill replaced Bubba's. They did a somewhat remodel of opening it up, adding a lot of tvs, and paint. Its putting lipstick on a pig. The floors are super dirty and the women's bathroom has graffiti on stalls and super dirty floors. Has anyone heard of a buffer? They added some craft beers on tap and revamped the menu. We had potato boats which were good. The ranch was obviously from a bottle at the grocery store. The peanut butter burger was good when added cheese. The fries were steak fries like Red Robins. The place was much busier from when it was Bubba's. It still needs a better remodel starting with the bathrooms. read more

My last review was from when this bar was called Bubba's and under different ownership so it's not really fair the new bar in its place gets the review!? I haven't been in to Danny's Dugout yet but did order food there once right after they switched (someone else went to get it)... they did miss a whole meal on our order but it was like days after they took over and the food tasted absolutely amazing... it was a great burger! read more
