start to finish it was not a good experience. I have been sitting on this for some time bc I don't like bad reviews but it still to this day bothers me enough that I can't bring myself to take my babies back there. I made an appointment for all our animals as a new patient and they took all of the information I had for all three over the phone. appointment time came around and they had no idea who we were and were going to send us away until I showed them the confirmation for the appointment. they did not have my email for the animals history which I made vital that they were aware of. I asked the dr if he looked at the history that was provided to which he said yes. come to find out that it was only for one not the other one. I provided this information twice and it still wasn't considered. I made it clear before the appointment that I did not want any shots to be done early and since no one bothered to review one of my babies history then they did. it doesn't hurt them no, but I painstakingly for years offset their shots little by little to ensure it was spread out for financial reason. and all that effort was taken away due to squeezing us in from an office failure and failing to review the history and requests of me urging them to only give shots that are currently due. now they are on the same shot schedule bc one was given shots they didn't need several months sooner than what was needed. 2/10 read more

I went in for grooming services. Let's just say, at pickup, no one could tell me how he did, and whoever bathed him was not available to give me a report. I do not believe he received all the services I paid for. We definitely did not receive his bandana upon completion of deluxe services. I felt like just another number. I do not recommend the grooming services unless you know them personally. read more

We have a pet sugar glider and found Dr. Danner when we were looking to get him fixed. A few months later out glider got a cut in his fur and Danner was able to get us in the same day. We drive from East Broken Arrow and they are worth the drive. His prices are always very reasonable and the staff is wonderful. We now also take our dogs to Danner. Glad we found them. read more

What an amazing place. I needed to change vets and he offers 1st pet, 1st exam free [saved me $50] so I took my 13 year old Marco Polo, Westie in. He said, well first we need to get a blood test [in house lab - yes]. $123. I found out so much about my pup. I had been going to another vet in Tulsa who recommended Benadryl with the itching and then said it was a yeast infection and got antibiotics, a $40 moose foam for his dry skin and something for the yeast infection. All the while my beautiful pup has now lost all the hair on his legs. NEVER CHECKING WHAT WAS GOING ON INSIDE HIM. Turns out Dr. Danner's blood test told me everthing I needed to know. Poor pup had all kinds of things shutting down and when I had to put him to sleep [the crying at night was my 1st clue] Danner was very gentle and explained everything. I'm a first time pet owner, so I'm pretty nervous and cautious (kind of like a new mom) but they made me feel so secure and safe. I took my pet in 4/11 and the Dr Danner gave him a shot and literally 2 days later, my pet died, 4/13. The doctor called me and told me there might have been other things going on but if it was the shot, it would have shown up within 24 hours of getting it. My pet showed no symptoms like he did until after he received the shot. I do not recommend taking your pet here!!!! read more

Exceptional services. Found time for us as our cat had a last minute issue with going to the bathroom which can be very dangerous. Offered in-depth communication on what was going on with our pet and suggestions on how to help in the future - gave end-of-visit "report card" which gave a detailed overview of our pets health. FILING A COMPLAINT WITH OKLAHOMA VETERINARY BOARD. My microchipped cat was dropped off here and instead of having my (owner) approval for any procedures, medicine, etc., this vets office went ahead and gave my cat treatment. They knew nothing about my cats previous medical history, allergies, reactions, etc. and treated my cat without any approval/consent. This is not my primary vet and there is a reason that my cat is microchipped. Do you even check for microchips here? My advice is next time contact the animal's owner and asking for approval before treating an animal. With so many other options in Tulsa, I would not recommend this vet. read more

This place was such a life-saver for me today! After I noticed a big lump on the side of my dwarf hamster's body, I went into panic mode. It hadn't been there yesterday and for something to develop that large and that quickly really scared me. I was thinking the worst - is it cancer? Am I going to go to a vet only to hear that there's nothing to be done for my little gal? After calling tons of vets in Tulsa, I was referred to All Creatures (shout-out to Ranch Acres Vet for referring me!). They had had a cancellation and were able to get me in immediately after I called, which I was so thankful for, as the only other hamster vet I could find couldn't get me in until Monday. It was 4:45pm on a Friday afternoon, so the fact that they got me in already made me think highly of this place. The receptionist was very easy-going and friendly, and she gave me an up-front baseline for the cost when I arrived. After filling out a quick sign-in sheet, I was sent to an exam room, and Dr. Setser came in promptly to check out my fur child. He was really gentle with her and friendly with me - you can tell her really cares about what he does! He took her to the back to do a needle aspiration of her lump and came and talked to me in great detail about his thoughts and how we should proceed. He was extremely kind, yet honest and professional in his treatment plan for my little hamster. The thing I appreciated most was that it didn't feel like he was in a hurry, it felt like he cared - he held my hamster in a little towel and petted her to calm her down, he talked to her and played around with her a little bit. I felt like he genuinely cared about her well-being. When discussing treatment options, he told me what he would do if it was his hamster, and it felt very genuine. Overall, I would absolutely go back to this place again and again. It's especially great if you're looking for someone to care for a small or more unique pet because veterinarians for those animals are tough to find. They were very knowledgable and friendly and it was definitely a 5 star experience that gave me a lot of peace of mind today! read more

I had to bring my cat of 12 years in for an eye injury and the doctors here were absolutely wonderful along will all the other staff, I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital to everyone I know. I will admit I am overly protective of my cat so yes I am worried but they answered all of my questions and made me feel so much at ease when we finally finished. I we did show up at a last minute to ask questions and they took the time for us and that really meant the world to us, and explaining all the procedure and the best options was the most warming feeling and knowing that she was getting their fullest attention and care. This review might be long but this story needs to be told. My cat was being treated by our primary veterinarian for a severe case of stomatitis. After several weeks of being on antibiotics with no improvement, it was suggested by our primary veterinarian, that we make an appointment to see a veterinary dental specialist. I found All Creatures (Broken Arrow) by doing a google search. I drove 40+ minutes from Collinsville with the hopes of getting some kind of relief for my cat, who was in visible pain and discomfort. Let me just say that the women that work the front desk were lovely and really seemed to care about the patients. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the veterinarian, Dr. Rust. I brought in the medications, doctors notes and even gave Dr. Rust a complete run down of my cats treatment up until that point. Almost immediately, I conveyed to Dr. Rusk that I wanted a full exam of my cats mouth, even if that meant putting her under sedation. Dr. Rusk replied, "we're not going to do all that". Dr. Rusk literally did not lay a single finger on my cat at any point during the appointment. He didn't look in her mouth, nothing. He said that he was going to prescribe another medicine and "that should work". Then he tells me "the medicine is not here, I'll have to drive to the other location or come back another day". To say that I was flabbergasted and appalled would be an understatement. I was charged $100 dollars for medicine that I didn't get and for an appointment where the doctor literally didn't even look in my cats mouth. I ended up bringing my cat to another veterinary dental clinic and what they found was shocking. I've included a picture of the xrays. My cat not only had a severe case of stomatitis, she also needed a full mouth extraction, something a topical medicine wasn't going to fix. I can't speak for the other locations or doctors but All Creatures Broken Arrow should NOT advertise themselves as a veterinary dental facility because clearly they are not. read more

Great place, vet was very informative about Guinea Pig care... Got in same day, spent time with me explaining everything....

So it's Sunday night almost 9:PM my two year old Bassets decides this will be a good time to get himself into serious trouble by ingesting unnatural materials into his body. I panic, as I fear the worst; the worst being "unless you have xxxx amount of money for immediate emergency surgery your fur baby will likely not survive". After just returning home the day before from vacation I know the piggy bank is broke.... I of course can't just do nothing so I called the Danner Veterinary office receiving an after hours message as expected but also included was Dr. Danner's direct contact emergency number. I called the Dr. left a message explaining the situation. Dr. Danner phoned me back in less than five minutes assured us that it was not actually an immediate "Life or Death" situation if acted on appropriately, we could bring the boy in for x-ray in the morning to see if surgery was going to be needed but first he suggested to us a procedure that we could try that may resolve the problem. I intentionally am not posting any of the details here since I am not a doctor, but to my amazement it worked!!!! Yes, my little guy went through a few rough hours but nothing like it could have been with surgery. But all of that aside; I must say Dr. Danner has my highest respect we are of course so thankful that we had a positive outcome with our situation but Dr. Danner could have easily had me to rush into the office and did the same thing and charged us $$$$ of dollars. It's not every day you can find a man in business with such Character. I would never hesitate to put my fur babies in his care............ THANK YOU DOCTOR DANNER! read more

I don't know the receptionist mentioned in the other review, but the current one is very friendly! I feel they do a good job keeping your costs down if they can. We've had tumor removed, a prosthetic eye-done by vet opthamologist, but they cared for it before we went to him, and regular visits. read more

Was warmly greeted when we walked in and they were able to fit us in last minute! The vet assistants were sooooo helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did everyone take amazing care of my dog, but when I came back to pick him up, he was getting loved on with belly rubs and petted by all the employees! Not only did DJ get the help he needed, he's no longer terrified to go to the vet bc of these warm hearted animal lovers! Fleas Are The Worst! I have been taking my cat Batly to All Creatures for years. The staff has always been very professional and have shown a true desire to make sure my fur-baby is in his best health. I would not take my little mini-panther cat anywhere else. Also; recently, and for a couple summers, I had a HUGE flea problem; after myself tying several treatments such as traditional collars, topical agents and I even went so far as to spreading diatomaceous earth all over my house... Nada!!! Still fleas everywhere. If you've ever had an indoor flea problem then you know; it's the worst!!! Well recently (2 months or so) I took Batly in and they applied a topical that has completely and totally rid my cat and house of fleas!!! No joke,,, I couldn't believe it at first but it's true!!! It took about a week and a half to notice all the fleas were gone. I cannot thank the doc and his staff enough! #customerforlife #fleasaretheworst #bestvetever read more

The only reason this place is getting more than one star is that the vet himself is excellent. The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. She was the most hateful rude person i have ever dealt with at a vet. I was quoted close to 50 dollars less than they charged me for a simple nail trim and exam for a guinea pig. My usual vet was out of town or else I would have gone to them. Never again will I go here and get ripped off like this again. It is a shame because the vet was knowledgeable and obviously liked my kids. Oh well. Live and learn. I would strongly recommend not going here unless you're prepared to shell out fifty bucks for a nail trim. Ridiculous. read more

Dr. Setser is awesome! My little scaredy-dog is frightened of everyone, but he has a way with her and she lets him do things she won't even let me do. Dr. Setser cheerfully and thoroughly explains every little thing, never expects me to go with something just because. He works with us when we have to spread things out because of our budget, he's never pushy. From my limited understanding of veterinary science, he seems to focus on cutting-edge tests and treatments that I've never heard of. The staff has always been timely and polite to me. Only gripe is that sometimes what I need is out of stock because the office is small, but if I can plan ahead and let them know I'll be coming and what I need, they are obliging in ordering products for me. read more
