Alex from E Garcia and Sons came out on-time and performed a demolition of an old wall sitting on…read moremy driveway between me and my neighbor. He methodically took down section-by-section first by hand and then tougher areas with a bobcat. He removed the old wall's footing with precision being sure not to damage the concrete driveway where the wall and footing were connected. Alex communicated each step of the process to me as he went and ended up going above and beyond by cutting a clean line with a concrete saw at the edge of the driveway to aid in the next planned project of putting up a new fence. At the end of the demo, Alex then power-washed the entire driveway leaving the whole area cleaner than when he arrived which is amazing considering the amount of dust and debris that came from the wall removal. I contacted 4 other services to perform this demo and got prompt responses both on the phone and in-person from Alex at every step of the way. He provided the most professional and competitive quote, and I am glad that I ended up using his team to perform this work.
