The next day I had a complication and called him and he told me to go to the ER to get admitted. Two days later he did emergent surgery on my complicated case and I woke up very happy to find I did not have a colostomy bag! He did this procedure just before he was going on vacation. To my surprise he called me on his vacation while I was still in the hospital to see how I was doing and to check on a test he had ordered!! I was expecting to be in the chair for like 1.5 hours because I had two impacted teeth that was basically horizontal, but I was out in less than an hour. The whole time they were respective to my feedback, even if I couldn't exactly talk. Additionally, they were transparent and reassuring throughout the whole process!

Dr. Richardson and his staff are really exceptional. Literally everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. My teenage son was scheduled to have his four wisdom teeth pulled at 730 on a Monday morning. He was placed under anesthesia for the procedure. We were in and out in just around an hour and a half. When the procedure was the nurse wheeled my son to the car and assisted me with getting him into the backseat. The amazing customer service continued throughout his recovery and his post-op appointment. All and all a wonderful experience for what is considered such an uncomfortable procedure. I would recommend the Richardsons Center to anyone who needs oral and/or facial surgery.

When they came to do a pick up , the driver wasn't paying attention and grabbed material that didn't belong to them. When I spoke to Mike Bream , the territory manager , his attitude was that nothing could be done and I would have to wait until they figured it out , which meant I had to be inconvenienced to take time from my schedule to fix it , enduring further expense. Not the type of people I would want my business to depend on.
