The next day I had a complication and called him and he told me to go to the ER to get admitted. Two days later he did emergent surgery on my complicated case and I woke up very happy to find I did not have a colostomy bag! He did this procedure just before he was going on vacation. To my surprise he called me on his vacation while I was still in the hospital to see how I was doing and to check on a test he had ordered!! I had my wisdom teeth pulled at the Richardsons Center over 15 years ago. I was happy to learn that…read moremy son's dentist was referring me to the same location for my son's procedure. Dr. Richardson and his staff are really exceptional. Literally everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. My teenage son was scheduled to have his four wisdom teeth pulled at 730 on a Monday morning. He was placed under anesthesia for the procedure. We were in and out in just around an hour and a half. When the procedure was the nurse wheeled my son to the car and assisted me with getting him into the backseat. The amazing customer service continued throughout his recovery and his post-op appointment. All and all a wonderful experience for what is considered such an uncomfortable procedure. I would recommend the Richardsons Center to anyone who needs oral and/or facial surgery.

What a QUACK! I was referred to this guy for an extraction, waited way too long for an…read moreappointment. I went for my appointment only to be told that it was only a consultation. I told him the last time I had a tooth pulled, I made an appointment with an oral surgeon and they pulled the tooth. His response was that's not the way we do things here. I told him all I want is to have the tooth pulled, nothing else. He sends me off with a woman who wants to go over all of my options. And I had to have three more appointments to discuss these options before I could actually make an appointment to get my tooth pulled. I said thanks, but no thanks and I left. I went to my car and called another oral surgeon that doesn't play games, he pulls teeth! Unbelievable, it's all about how much money he can take you for!
