No accountability or effort to stand behind the work. The owner replied publicly on google review stating they would inspect and potentially repair or replace the key at no charge if the issue was related to their work. However, when I contacted them directly, I was told I was "informed wrong" and that they would not look at the key for free. There was no empathy or effort to stand behind what was stated in their public response. It feels like the reply was posted to save face rather than actually resolve the issue.
