Our LVP flooring project was finished yesterday and we are completely thrilled with the result. Our…read moreproject started when we met Jeff in his Cape Coral showroom, and the entire process from that point on was flawless. My wife and I had gone to several other flooring companies in the area and just could not find what we were looking for. But when we went to Direct Flooring, Jeff immediately understood what we were wanting (color, quality, price, etc.) and steered us right to the exact product that we needed for our home. After getting measurements from his installer (James), Jeff gave us a fantastic price including a veteran's discount which we greatly appreciated, for the flooring and new baseboards. The installer - James (Flooring by James LLC) - and his team (Kirk & Darnell) came out on the day we selected; on-time, well prepared and extremely professional. They worked several days in a row to finish the job and, again, we couldn't be happier. The flooring and new baseboards look fantastic - not a single negative issue at all, Everything was done to perfection. We highly recommend Jeff at Direct Flooring and be sure to ask for James to do the install. Thank you Jeff, James' and team for a job very well done!

After searching for reviews, our second stop was at Floorz. I explained to Travis what I wanted - carpet bound to make rugs. We picked out a remnant piece and then one that needed to be ordered. I paid the fee and tipped the workers well. However, today, when trying to reach them for my annual service, I have left several messages since 8:30AM and have not received any return call. No one has picked up the phone or returned my call after 5.5 hours now. I have 2 numbers on my contract and on their business card and have called both numbers numerous times, yet no one returns any of my calls. It appears that they have now moved from my area (hmmm...) but a call to possibly refer another contractor would have been nice. But apparently these people are not. I guess they have abandoned their customers they used to have in Miami. Good luck to y'all on the west side of FL.
