A few weeks later I was informed that I was being charged an extra 1100 dollars for storage for the extra time. When I paid for the services this morning they waved the 1100 dollars because I was able to come in after being threatened with the fee.. When I got to the vehicle all the doors were not only unlocked, but everyone was open. The leather on the passenger seat is torn and has something soaking in it that has caused it to become hard like wood. The battery was dead, I was told by one of their mechanics that car quest sells batteries when he was asked to jump my car. the MAS air flow sensor was not connected, so when the car was finally started it didn't run, till I figured out what the issue was. This all happening for two hours in the rain. The right two tires were completely flat, they brought a compressor out and when I brought the vehicle to an air pump on my own they had put 12 psi in both tires.... So 1100 dollars for storage!? My car had been ransacked! The console was not only Broken but was found in the trunk. All the change was missing, the Bluetooth radio receiver was stolen (who steals something that costs $4!?) So don't give these guys your money.
