We follow her advice without question! Can't say that about many people. Crystal makes the process fun and easy to understand and she goes out of her way to be sure you are looked after. Definitely, the best realtor out there.

As parents of a young child, we appreciated her knowledge of the local schools and school districts. As a local alumna and mother herself, she was able to provide us with current, first-hand experiences and a historical perspective. While touring homes she was excellent with our child, giving my wife and me uninterrupted time to view properties and deliberate. We relied on her knowledge of remodeling and renovations for cost estimates while shopping and recommended service providers after going under contract. Perhaps most importantly we always felt as though she was advocating on our behalf. She advised and negotiated for us. She earned my respect and trust by recommending that we walk away from a house during inspection negotiations when it would have been so easy for her to push through the deal and get her commission. Crystal has caused me to reconsider my opinion or realtors. She is honest, intelligent, and professional. Highly recommended.

Stephanie is a very nice person who is at a very junior level as a Real Estate agent. If you look at the listing 10052 sage sparrow, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, you will notice we bought it in July 2018 (Stephanie was our agent) to immediate buyers remorse . The house was trashed by the previous owners when we took possession. It took $40,000 for cleaning efforts, new carpet, paint and electrical issues. Stephanie and the other RE/MAX agent David, did not offer us walkthrough's, inspection resolutions, deposits, rent money or absolutely any other thing to protect my wife and I. Every call or email with my complaints pointed to meat fault with 0 accountability. It was a RE/MAX tag team agent coup of a quick commission! She was supposed to be our friend and neighbor. Luckily we were able to sell this horror of a house and used a professional realtor who was knowledgeable, professional and caring. I am happy at this point with my housing situation but do need to submit this feedback. If you use Stephanie, ask questions and put thought thought into it

Due to the ineptitude of Stephanie and her team, we had to endure a year of living in a house that was not the right choice for us. Stephanie sold our old house and was our agent for the home we purchased a year ago. She did everything she could to ensure we purchased the house even when we willing to back out of selling our old home. Real estate is definitely a side gig for Stephanie and it shows. A walk through wasn't scheduled, no rental agreement or deposit collected from the previous owners as they occupied our home for over two months after closing. Though we agreed not to charge them rent, they were not held responsible for the damage and filth they left behind. She did not work for her clients best interest, it was very apparent she was working with her commission in mind. We escalated the situation to her manger and rather than taking any sort of accountability, she actually chose to file a police report over an email sent to her by my husband. Imagine going to the Douglas County Sheriff with copies of an email and filing a report rather than taking responsibility for your actions! In my dealings with Stephanie, she was overly sensitive and seemed more concerned about whether or not I liked her rather than doing what is the best for her client. She spent more time sending us flowers instead of ensuring our real estate transaction worked in our favor. Stephanie works for a large real estate company where she is part of a larger team and obviously heavily mentored. I'm sure Remax has some stellar agents that will work hard for you, unfortunately, Stephanie isn't one of them. If you see a 5 star review, look at the date it was posted compared to the date this review was posted. She is getting people to post positive reviews to counter my negative review. Further evidence of her ineptitude and ignorance of how to do business in real estate. It's downright shady to ask people do post false reviews.

So I filed a report with real estate board but it took them 5 months (!?!) and the date was not even set up and I lost key texts that would have served as back up evidence, so I dropped the case to file a complaint with BBB, since the Real Estate Board seemed uninterested in resolving this case in a timely fashion. To the owners of the Ken Caryl Office, Michael Burns Alan Smith Brad Whitehouse After careful consideration and much to my disappointment, I am writing you to inform you that I will never work with or recommend Kristi Bringle again because I no longer trust her judgment or decisions. I feel that too often Kristi has put her financial interests first over mine, and that she does not respect my desires or judgement. I am also weighing reporting her to the Real Estate Board of Ethics. My hope with this email is that Kristi will treat her next client better than she treated me. When I first met Kristi, she complimented me on my preparation of information regarding updates/improvement to the home by date in the form of print-outs and an email attachment, which I sent to her.I felt that I had a real estate professional who knew the market and would price it correctly and help me professionally sell the house for the best price and in my best interests. But over time, our relationship became so toxic that I was ready to fire her. She knew it and cut her commission to keep the sale. I am really disappointed that my wishes were not treated respectfully and not vehemently argued against. It is my house, my money and my time. Also, she NEVER apologized when she made mistakes!! By the way, I know a mortage broker whom is very experienced with real estate brokers and they told me to get another agent based on her conduct, lack of results and questionable advice and decisions. Every person I talked to said I should fire her (and I was trying to but was in a contract for the house). In more detail, here are my complaints about Kristi, the office and Remax. Office incompetence: Even though authorized to sell on Thursday, April 7th for April 9th Saturday morning, office messed up and showing was not listed until Saturday afternoon, reducing visibility for 1st weekend showings. Real Estate Broker Incompetence: House not priced correctly: Kristi priced house at $340,000, which I thought was high but went along with and we got ZERO offers in 3 weeks. Then she bragged in a brochure that she sold it at list price!?! Not putting client first: Held open house on Blizzard weekend and only had 2 lookers. Why do it that weekend? It should have been postponed. Why was no subsequent open house scheduled? Office incompetence: Delisted property on Sunday, causing cancellations, panic, frantic phone calls to listing agency and Kristi, lost time on my part handling all of this, and maybe we missed some people searching for properties on the internet during this time period. Keeping Seller Fully Informed of Transaction: I was unaware that we had only one week to sell the house after placing bid on another house. Only found out through a phone call after I had cancelled a showing. Broker has no duty to conduct an inspection & buyer has no obligation to do pre-inspection: After 1st buyer cancelled with no explanation after inspection, Kristi wanted to get inspection information to find out what was wrong with house. I asked if there was a legal obligation to disclose information and she informed that I would have to disclose, but everything was "fixable." Spoke to my relative, a mortgage broker, and they said that was terrible advice. I am not required to have a pre-inspection, nor is it required that the buyer share inspection report. Instead, I should let next buyer do inspection and see if inspection comes up with anything. Remember, the first client was an engineer! Not putting client first: When we agreed to drop the price, a buyer made offers until he met our agreed upon reduced price. I was hesitant to sign the contract as the house had not been at a reduced price for 24 hours on the general market and since we had not heard back from any of previous potential clients after reduction. Asked for delay (I had to ask, note), and got it for next day. Next day, another potential buyer bid low, just like the first one. I asked Kristi if we should counter and she said just reject, we already have a good buyer. I wanted to counter this person to get a possible bidding war going but Kristi discouraged me, so I went along and signed contract. Now first buyer terminated contract without explanation after inspection and now Kristi informed me that the 2nd possible buyers are still interested, which leads me to believe there should have been a counter offer and possible bidding war. Bad advice again. Inattention to detail:Sent me a earnest money contract to sign after seller cancelled when we had never rece

Every time I would ask him questions about the housing market it all went back to him talking about himself and what he was going to buy and invest in rental properties. We started looking at houses and he tried pressuring me into every house we looked at it seemed he was desperate to make a quick commission off of my hard earned money I saved my entire life to buy the perfect house I was looking for. Tim wanted me to buy a house that I didn't even want and he wouldn't stop pressuring me and just wanted to make a quick sale for his commission. Another issue is he had a Bluetooth in his ear the whole time and was talking to other clients and he kept talking to people about the HOA board he was on and he went on and on about it with whoever he was talking with, you would think that the customer would come first and trying to find the right house for the customer rather than talking about an HOA he is on .Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him or his company to anyone! I found another real estate company and they were awesome and I found the house I was looking for and is now under contract. Please stay away from Tim O'brien you will not be happy there is great real estate companies out there and they are not one of them!
