He then told me a week after uploading my documents actually it's going to increase to at least $500. I simply said it seemed a little unprofessional to suddenly increase the original estimate 30%+. He said, and I quote "I'm really not interested in working with someone who calls me unprofessional. I'll finish this year's return for you, but you will have to find another office after this year." Is customer service not a thing with this company??Maybe take the feedback instead of being defensive. Update : based on his response below, "good luck getting your return somewhere probably for less" you can see how they treat people!!
