If not for their persistent efforts, marketing skills, networking, and professionalism we'd still be living there. All this goes to prove that when selling your home go with an established experienced realtor team. You can't go wrong with the Ostrom's! They're truly extraordinary.

Not only have they guided us through each step with great professionalism, communication and care for details, they also provided a top-notch presentation of our home, which resulted in immediate offers above asking price. In contrast to other brokers who were solely focused on Dollar per sq/ft numbers and "comps", Heather and Steve 'got' our home from the start and were able to sell it well above the estimates the other brokers gave us. We simply could not have made a better choice! If we could, we would give them a bonus star for also just being awesome people.

Too Long, Didn't Read summary - Zac is great and super happy we went with him to sell our home!…read more First off, I recommend everyone searching for a realtor to buy or list to meet with multiple realtors as part of any good due diligence in a transaction as large as purchasing or selling your home or other property. That being said, I met with 6 different realtors in the Sacramento area in preparation of getting my home ready to sell and 100% pleased we chose Zac! Zac was flexible during our first interaction where he walked the property and provided a lot of value on day 1 - spending 1-2hrs with me to answer questions about the process, his role in the process, and his willingness to engage or disengage to my personal preference for level of involvement. Throughout the entire make-ready process for listing the home, Zac was available to baby step us through each hurdle and provided guidance and tips on how to approach. Importantly, Zac's marketing and pricing strategy is both aggressive and realistic. Many realtors may try to lowball their quoted estimated sale price to manage expectations, but Zac came in at the higher end of the range, but also mentioned the reality of how market conditions are and what can change. Ultimately we sold at exactly what he thought we could get, even with the competitive buyers market we sold in! Zac is also very detail & data oriented, so not only has a 'local pulse' on the area, he is also tracking a lot of the data on the MLS for activity, and I'd constantly receive update emails about a new listing coming out or a listing that just went into escrow or closed that would be relevant datapoints for our sale. It was very clear that Zac was paying attention to us and our listing and ensuring best execution and sales price for us at the end of the day. If you made it to the end of this review, I'm glad you did - and don't think you can go wrong trusting Zac and his team!

My husband, Eric, and I were first time buyers and had no idea where to look, what to look for, or how to even begin. He took the time to separately interview us to see "what makes a home, a home". Text, call, video chat, Brandon was always there for us and made the process smooth, fast, and even fun. We were able to close in 30 days! Brandon went above and beyond during the process and was making calls, connecting with us from the hospital while his wife was in labor! Talk about dedication. Brady helped us sell our family home in late 2024. He was knowledgeable about real estate, and…read morewalked us through each step to the very end. There were certain paperwork aspects of this transaction that we were required to complete ourselves, but Brady was there for each step anyway, and answered several clarifying questions to keep us on the right track. He handled any part of this transaction that didn't require our participation (e.g. lots of paperwork, inspections, photographs, dealing with a myriad of interested buying agents), so I could focus on all my other daily responsibilities. Brady's communication was (bar none) the best of any real estate agent I've ever dealt with (and there's been a few over the years). Brady kept us updated every few days about what was happening behind-the-scenes, and was easy to get a response from when we had questions. Brady did some fantastic comparison homework for our neighborhood, so we could price our property competitively. Our agreed upon listing price ended up generating lots of interest and potential buyers. Brady ended up solidifying us an "as-is" deal, that was far over the asking price of our property. And finally, he walked us through the escrow closing process, and buttoned-up this transaction without too many hiccups. The bottom line is this . . . I would hire this man again in a heartbeat. Real estate transactions are overwhelming, chaotic, and stressful. Brady clearly did his very best to shelter us from most of it, and we ended up with a stellar real estate deal. (A+)
