She is the most amazing, understanding, invested pain doctor with an excellent bedside manner and specializes treatments specifically for you! Her team is just as amazing. She has three locations. I have been at all three for treatments. Her newest location in Woodbridge is wonderful. Very calm atmosphere, spacious and friendly staff that greets you with happiness. I have had three lower back surgeries, two knee surgeries, one neck surgery, have osteoporosis and torn labrums in both hips. She has given me a quality of life that allows me to continue to be functional. If I didn't have her to help me, I would probably be in bed all day! Unfortunately, I was introduced to pain management at a very young age. I never got anywhere close to the quality of care from any other doctor until I met her. I also am a very anxious person. She ensures that I am comfortable and calm through each and every procedure. The Woodbridge office is most likely my favorite office of hers. Convenient to get to, a lot of room and adequate parking. Plus, the best part is her staff also work with her at all locations! That is how wonderful she is. I cannot express enough just how amazing this practice is. Being someone who has a lot of disorders and doctors, she is my #1 hands down. Please review her website and staff and get a consultation. You will not be dissappointed! Warm Regards, Michelle, Hannah and Cathy

I have nothing but great respect and lots of trust for Dr. Rabbitt, I'm going to be really sad when he retires. He just operated on my shoulder I'll give an update in a few weeks don't start PT for 4 weeks. There are some people out there that haven't had a positive experience I guess if your not happy you can move to someone else. Come back in a few weeks we will get you lined up. I come in and get told we don't have the facilities to handle your size. I am very tall and very big. If he knew this was the case why in the heck did he keep me in pain for an extra few months and charge me for three visits. He could have done this at the first appt when I walked in. Ill tell you why. Chance to get me three rounds of pain meds. Which I wouldn't use anyway. And three paid visits. And Xrays. And bone scans. Kick back after kick back. Insurance abuse. Milk it out for all it's worth. I disputed the charges. They still insisted. And now its on my credit report. We will see how it plays out with my insurance company. I bet the Fed. Govt. wont think its too professional either.

Not only does she use her education to treat her patients, but she also adds her knowledge and wisdom of over 40 years of experience. I love Dr. Mathews and so do all of her patients! She is a wonderful employer as well. She is empathetic, never has a bad thing to say about anybody for all years I have known this beautiful soul. I have had many patients tell me personally that Dr. Mathews has done for them what no other doctor has been able to do for them. This is because she is "old school" she actually uses charts. We are a paper office and she takes the charts home. She researches while putting symptoms, complaints etc. together like a puzzle. All of this is possible due to the support of her staff! Her sister Asha runs EVERYTHING and is amazing! I know NOBODY is perfect, but when it comes to Asha no lies she's not made one mistake since I've been working here! Asha and Dr. Mathews' minds are like elephants! They remember everything about ANY patient down to the detail!( where it is in a pile of charts with the same name!) Sheila handles the billing and is the most professional, pleasant person to work with. I have to say I have the dream job. If you want a dream neurologist, Dr. Mathews is the one.
