After a month here my new fillings felt wrong, it hurt to bite down and I had 2-3 days of strong toothache pain across my whole upper toothline. Unfortunately with no insurance, and just barely starting a job, I was very worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone to fix it. After googling around, I found a coupon on their website for an inexpensive exam and xrays and made an appointment, thinking if I needed work done I'd just find out how urgent it is and try to schedule it after a month or two. I'm a doctor, and speak from experience - not only did they do a thorough history and evaluation (especially for such a great price), they also did xrays and showed me photographs of that area of my molars so I could understand the situation. Technology has improved a LOT since I left the states to work overseas, so the digital xray camera, and photos were amazing to see. The absolute best part, which is important to me as an ethical healthcare provider, was that they didn't immediately tell me a list of problems and work I'd need done (that really didn't need to be done - we've all been there, right?). They assured me that my fillings were fine (the Dr overseas did a better job than I'd worried about); explained that the configuration of the filling wasn't what I'd misunderstood them to be; that I could floss easily (I hadn't been, because I'd thought the space between the teeth closed off); reassured me that flossing should help mitigate my issue and the pain... I got referred to Mr Salmons by a couple of coworkers. After a brief look at my teeth yesterday, Dr Salmons told me I needed a crown. No explanations as to why were offered. I talked with one of my co-workers who also was told they needed a crown. I wasn't very happy, I told the assistant that I wanted to go elsewhere for a second opinion. I couldn't understand why I've had it fixed several times before without needing a crown. The assistant I believe her name is Ann, explained to me the reasons why she felt a crown was needed. I told her that I was ok with moving forward on the crown. We Scheduled the appointment to get it fixed in three weeks. Today the assistant called me and told me Dr Salmons decided that they wouldn't be working on my teeth. I guess Dr. Salmons lack of communication, and my questioning of the work to be done, wasn't acceptable! Not a good experience, wouldn't recommend!

This was the worst experience of my life, the doctor was rough and had no bedside manner. He…read moreremoved a wisdom tooth and in his words " I was not expecting that" and neither was I. It has scared me for life and the pain is unreal. My face is swollen and bruised, like never before after a dental visit. He scratched my face with his instrument forced a wedge in my mouth and ripped it out with no care. I cried in pain the majority of the time he forcefully attempted to pull my wisdom tooth out. He chipped my top tooth with his instrument while forcefully grinding my wisdom tooth. He bumped my teeth as he went in and out of my mouth with his tools. He forced my mouth open by pulling at the corners of my mouth. I received three stitches and was verbally yelled at by the doctor and told "Would you hold still"! My husband heard my cries from the waiting area and was told he could not come to comfort me. I felt as if my lower jaw was being ripped downward as the dentist struggled, my neck ached in pain from him forcefully wiggling my tooth in hopes it would loosen up. I can still not feel parts of my face on the left side and right side. I called the office to get assistance for aftercare and my doctor's note and was told they needed payment first. I was never informed of the risks, possibilities, or what to expect upon arrival or departure. My husband had to call to get a little instruction from this office. I do not recommend this Dentist at all

I called your office, I tried to explain that I don't have enough gum for implants. The first…read moredentist did something to my upper gum. My mouth is wet all the time, therefore no adhesive will hold my top plate in. I have had 3 sets of dentures, because each time I went to the dentist no dentist had a clue. I am unable to eat properly because of my top denture. Your office told me they couldn't help me...they could put in part of the procedure, but then I would also have to go to another dentist to get the remaining portion done. I am not certain if my insurance covers any of this.
