She understands the changes a mom's body undergoes to accommodate a growing fetus and offers helpful advice with respect to stretches or posture positions. Over the last few months as I've gotten to know her, she frequently talks about different classes she has attended or is going to attend. She is constantly expanding her knowledge base and sharing that knowledge with her clients. While I am fortunate that my pregnancies are smooth and easy, I have had significant lower extremity swelling with them. I started seeing Michelle early on, and the swelling has been much more manageable this time around. I did not know Michelle before attending my first appointment.
