The rate is very reasonable…read moreespecially when compared to other rates quoted in the Chattanooga area. -I called the number he provided and he answered immediately. -He listened attentively to my issue and assured me it would take no time to fix. -He came to my house after work a day and a half after my initial call (he works full time during the day so is probably only available nights and weekends- I didn't ask about emergencies). -As promised he fixed the problem within minutes (and he didn't laugh at me). I should note that I spent about 2 hours prior to calling George with tech support from my anti-virus software provider and my Internet Service Provider and neither were able to help me). -I had a list of random problems prepared to make good use of the hour. He stayed a little past the hour (and only charged me for one hour), solved all of the issues and my system is working a lot more efficiently. One thing- he does not use a Blackberry and did not seem to know all that much about them. He was honest about that which scores points in my book, but I don't know if he is your best resource for BB's. He has a very easy going personality. He listens to your concerns without cutting you off. I felt comfortable with him in my home and felt that he was very competent in resolving my issues. I will certainly call him if I need anything in the future and would refer him to anyone with an IT issue. Even our cats liked him- and THAT is saying something!

PLEASE consider twice before using this company. We were referred to them through a mutual contact…read more(who had not used them, only heard of their services and thought it might be a good fit). We enjoyed working with our initial agent, who ended up quitting within the month due to his disagreement with company practices and policies (we found this out after the fact). We only worked with them for a couple months before realizing we had no idea what they were working on, what we were being charged for, and they were very unresponsive to our questions regarding our ads. They targeted demographics that made no sense to our business, and this continued well after conversations where we specified whom we would like targeted. We joined with them on the last day of a month, and they charged us for that whole month (company policy). They promised us a month for free, and we never received it. We eventually canceled entirely a few months in, and we were charged after our (confirmed) cancellation for two months of work!! We were promised multiple times for a reconciliation of the account with the actual ad spend, and to date we still have not received it. Since removing them and regaining control of our Google adwords and Facebook ads, we have seen way more growth than the months we were with them. We are so frustrated with this waste of money and are still battling the significant charge that was made to our account without our authorization, AFTER our confirmed cancellation. It does not seem like we are the only business who has had issues, but it is still crazy to me that we are having to fight to get money back that was taken without our authorization.
