I was extremely disappointed from this so called gastronomie restaurant. I use to come here many years ago and it was excellent. But after many years decided to come back. I ordered the fillet de boeuf which came in 3 little pieces but my friend's who ordered the same came in a normal piece of fillet de boeuf. When asked why mine came in 3 small pieces they said the chef said it was to get it a point. I'm sorry but what bullsh*t!!!!! A true chef should know how to cook a piece of meet without having to cut it up into pieces especially a French chef!!! Shame on them! Also they said the chef (owner Daniel Desavie) would come out to see me but he only came to the table when we had paid the bill, did not even say sorry and left in a huff! The the moelleux aux chocolates which I also use to order and thought it was the best was more of a mousse au chocolate. Was not even done with real chocolate and had no taste of chocolate.
