People are there because they are sick and they treat them like a pile of trash. I would love to name some names but I won't. You know who you are. Shame on you. Also, there is nothing constructive to do all day unless you like to color or eat. No games, only group therapy. I just can't get over how RUDE some of those people can be. I mean it is just unbelievable. People there are SICK, some suicidal and they treat them like trash. Sad. Get ahold of yourselves. Better yet, go and get a different job If you can't treat people with respect. It shouldn't be just a paycheck.

My husband drove and I didn't want to leave my wallet in the car so I didn't bring it. At the desk was a very rude and demeaning woman who at that point informed me I must have an ID. Now I'm sitting in the car while my husband visits. First advise people more clearly in what they will need to visit. Second they are a paid facility and thus should have appropriately behaving employees at the desk.

I thought at first I was not even going to get to have my appointment (seeing as I was running 15 minutes late) but alas! The staff was very accommodating despite my tardiness and I was greeted by Dr. Robert Wells in no less than 15 seconds after entering the office. Luckily, I had previously filled out the 9 or 10 page patient intake paperwork (which the receptionist had kindly emailed to me upon making the initial appointment) so after 5 or so minutes of read this / read that I was in! Dr. Wells greeted again and showed me to his office. I was offered water and a (very comfortable) place to sit and the session began. Dr. Wells made sure to explain how things were going to proceed and that i was comfortable the entire time. I definitely recommend seeing this doctor..! He's Awesome.

I've been working with Amber for about 3 months at the time I write this, and I have made progress…read morelike I never have before. I spent a number of years in therapy, avoiding my own shortcomings and talking, yet stuck with no real progress or concrete evidence of my "talking" actually working. My time with Amber has been healing, challenging, unpleasant at times but necessary, and renewing to my spirit. Her faith encourages me and helps me to see things much differently than I had previously, and the progress is evident! The waiting room is very clean and professional looking. Very easy access at the hospital to where you don't have to walk through the entire hospital to get to the office.
