The clips were not shipped as I was told they would be on 8/26. I had to drive to the store - 30 minutes - to check status. They were still just sitting here. I waited weeks for engraving that never happened. I waited weeks more for shipping that never happened. Not once did the store contact me. Not once did they do what they committed to doing. I will not, again, work with this jeweler.
