The " doctor ", nurse practitioner Renee Hartsman proceeded to tell me she refused to prescribe him medicine because " she doesn't like to give medicine to children " etc. I waited three hours, and when I told her he's had it prior bc he's known to get chronic coughs, she still told me no and to let him just suffer basically run it's course and offer " Tylenol " which has nothing to do with coughs. This was not even her responsibility, but was put on her from one of my specialists. Her staff, her referral team, and herself really care for their people and do excellent work.
