Everything was good! I would recommend this law firm! I went through a lot with slip and fall.

I honestly had a really bad experience with attorney Gerald J. Noonan. From the start, he came off…read morerude and dismissive over the phone, like he wasn't really on my side or even trying to understand my case. I asked to meet in person to go over everything properly, and he refused--everything had to be done over the phone, which didn't sit right with me. Another thing that raised a red flag was being asked for money upfront in cash. That just didn't feel professional or transparent. When I went to the office, the paralegal was also rude and unwelcoming. She ended up taking a card payment and gave me a receipt, which made me question why cash was being pushed in the first place. On top of that, I was basically told to write my own affidavit, even though I hired a lawyer because I don't have that kind of legal knowledge. I did my best to put something together, and then I was told it would need to be completely redone anyway. So what exactly was I paying for? Overall, I didn't feel supported at all. If you're considering Gerald J. Noonan, just be careful, ask a lot of questions, and make sure you're clear on what you're paying for upfront. Not recommended.

I'm sure he does great work. He also was very pleasant.

My husband retained Mr. Gratzer after he suffered a traumatic brain injury while he was in work. My…read morehusband's boss ignored my requests for Workmen's Compensation and basically took that option off the table and convinced me that he was trying to help my husband. We were friends with his ex boss and his wife who collectively ran their excavation company and we knew them for over ten years and we trusted them. As soon as my husband was being forced to return to work by his ex boss, I knew that he was not ready and I had a nagging suspicion that we were going to get burned which is what happened. The day before thanksgiving of 2019, my husband was fired for no reason. My husband contacted Tom Gratzer and he immediately got the ball rolling to get my husband the compensation he was owed. The process took several years because of COVID and the courts being closed for almost a year. The end result was fair and Tom went the extra mile to get my husband 2 years of vocational training so he could learn a new trade seeing as he could no longer work in construction due to his injuries and the loss of all of his licenses that he had for over 25 year. That alone was priceless and Tom made sure that he would be able to make a new career and he also made sure that the insurance company that was responsible for his head and back for the rest of his life seeing that the main injuries he suffered were composed of both areas of his body. Tom was always professional and he always kept in touch with myself or my husband during the entire process. For a long time, I was the one that talked with Tom about the case because my husband was not of sound mind and Tom was v passionate towards my husband even though my husband had written pages of emails about the same thing over a dozen times but he didn't make my husband feel bad, he was empathetic to my husband and never made him feel stupid or he never ignored my husband's emails instead I took over the communication on my husbands behalf and I was brought up to speed on the numerous emails that my husband had sent to Tom and I was able to get it under control. Tom is a great attorney and he has the "swagger" that a great attorney needs and confidenc that I feel a great lawyer requires in order to get the best results and resources for his clients. I was ple surprised and impressed by his knowledge and I immediately felt that he was the right man for the job after my husband hired him. Normally, I would have made the decision on who my husband hired but in this situation I was not available to meet him and my husband strongly felt that Tom was the right person for him and I didn't try to make the decision for him and I know my husband when he says that he has a gut feeling about something or someone so I trusted his decision and I'm very grateful that I did. Tom Gratzer and his paralegal Maria were always there to assist and answer questions that either of us had. They ALWAYS got right back to us either via email or by phone. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend Tom and his team to anyone that has a complex case or any type of case that has to do with employment. I'm very much involved with my husband and if I ever felt that he was not getting the best services and support aff to him then I would have pulled the plug but I NEVER EVER FELT THAT HE WAS BEING NEGLECTED OR TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! Tom treated the both of us with the utmost respect and he was very honest with us about everything. He didn't make any promises and he was upfront with us from the beginning that it was going to be a complex case and he said that it was going to take a long time to resolve it but he did everything in the best interest of my husband to get him not only compensation but he also paved the way for my husband to learn a new trade/career and that was something that we never thought about and thanks to Tom, my husband has a great chance of picking out a new career for our future and he went the extra mile with the entire case with my husbands future in mind and that is the best thing about everything he has done for my husband and our family. Tom also helped me out with a matter that I was having with a job at one point and he volunteered to assist me on a zoom meeting with Human Resources and he didn't ask for anything in return and I appreciated that so much because having a lawyer on my side made all the difference and I didn't even ask him for help, he voluntarily did it for me and I will never forget that. Tom is an excellent attorney and whether or not you care, I can tell you with 100% honestly that he is a good person but he is a pit bull when it comes to fighting for what is the best for his clients and I mean that in a good way. If you don't like him as a person then that's not important because he's a fantastic attorney and he knows what he has to do to in the best interest of his client. I know that my personal opinion isn't the issue but having the right attorney to represent you!
