I honestly had a really bad experience with attorney Gerald J. Noonan. I asked to meet in person to go over everything properly, and he refused--everything had to be done over the phone, which didn't sit right with me. Another thing that raised a red flag was being asked for money upfront in cash. That just didn't feel professional or transparent. When I went to the office, the paralegal was also rude and unwelcoming. She ended up taking a card payment and gave me a receipt, which made me question why cash was being pushed in the first place. On top of that, I was basically told to write my own affidavit, even though I hired a lawyer because I don't have that kind of legal knowledge. I did my best to put something together, and then I was told it would need to be completely redone anyway. So what exactly was I paying for? Overall, I didn't feel supported at all. If you're considering Gerald J. Noonan, just be careful, ask a lot of questions, and make sure you're clear on what you're paying for upfront. Not recommended.
