After somehow missing seeing the email, she then ignored any request I made of her for another 12 days I had to escalate to senior party to even get her to call me back. You think after the senior partner was notified that she would be better after. No she got worse. She wouldn't respond to most of my queries for status updates. And if she did it would just be to say she would work on something next week. She never worked on it next week though. She also did not let me proof read a settlement offer before it was sent to the opposing party. It had factual errors and placeholder from a template. I had fire her. If she gets assigned to your case I recommend asking for another lawyer. But Patricia Roy is in my opinion a terrible layer.
