The responses to legitimate questions are often snarky and unhelpful. The staff is mostly teenagers who are unable to answer basic questions. Most are attentive to the students. Some are more interested in talking to each other while letting the children run wild without any instruction, but most of them are attentive. The cost seems pricey, but they are comparable to others. As they and RGA are the only games in town, options are limited.

There was a teen room that had computers, air hockey table, pool table, video games, bean bag chairs. Was disappointed that the video games were not available due to not having staff for that area. The double basketball court was nice except all the balls were very warn and on the flat side. The indoor pools were nice and the locker rooms were clean. Remember to bring your own lock for the lockers. The workout room had a good variety of equipment. Plenty of washcloths available. I saw several different workout classes. Overall it is a very nice place for the family.

The cost of the party was reasonable in comparison to other options about town. Luckily we had attended another child's birthday as a guest so I knew the process. If that had not been the case we would have been clueless because there was no one there to help us with the exception of two minor aged boys at the counter who were less than helpful. I asked them if someone would come get us for the pool portion and he just said "nah, you just go to the pool". Which we found our way to eventually on our own, it was completely empty. Two lifeguards did eventually show up and halfway watched the children. The party room was not very clean and there were dirty dishes in the sink and red sprinkles from the last birthday party still all over the tables. The locker rooms were smelly. And the pool area was so hot it was nauseating for having worn sweaters in December. All in all the kids had fun so not a bust but also nothing to rave about.
