In my opinion, based on my recent experience, he is dishonest, deceptive, unethical, lacks integrity and credibility. He falsely advertise on his face book and website FREE ESTIMATE FREE INSPECTION. I contacted him on 5/18/26 for an estimate for basement reconstruction and restoration. He came to my house 5/19/26. I showed him the Xactimate estimate prepared and approved by my home insurance Adjuster on 3/5/26 for $24,932.42. Luis Tintin said it was not enough, he had to prepare a supplement request for more funds . He asked me to sign a blank service agreement form in order to prepare the supplement estimate. He submitted a fraudulent supplement estimate for $38,932 directly to my home insurance without my prior review and approval. In his estimate he even included $1,473.00 for ROOFING it has nothing to do with my BASEMENT reconstruction. I asked him to revise the fraudulent estimate, he refused. I told my insurance NOT to review or approve his fraudulent estimate. I terminated his services on 6/19/26. He left a very angry, rude, threatening voice mail message on my phone demanding $2,493.00, for the fraudulent estimate that he falsely advertise as FREE ESTIMATE and for services NOT rendered. He is claiming 10% of the estimate prepared by my Adjuster on 3/5/26, three months before I even met Luis Tintin on 5/19/26. Since then, he has been sending me email every week demanding payment. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT HIRE LUIS TINTIN of LT Home Improvement. PLEASE CHECK MY GOOGLE REVIEW ON HIS WEBSITE FOR MORE DETAILS.
