My mother has been living there for almost two years, and I have been continually impressed by how kind, helpful, and supportive the staff has been. There is always someone available to answer questions or provide immediate support to the residents. Everyone - from the administrator's office and nursing staff to maintenance and the IT department - has been kind and supportive, whether my mom is asking for assistance or I'm calling with questions. I have always felt that my questions are taken seriously and that someone is willing to take the time to make sure we have what we need. The care my mother receives has also been very reassuring. The nursing staff has been wonderful, and whenever I have questions about her care, medications, or something the doctor needs to address, I know there is someone I can reach out to. Even when the person I need isn't immediately available, someone has always returned my call - usually within an hour or so. That kind of responsiveness means a great deal when you're caring for a parent from a distance. With so many residents requiring different levels of care and support, I am continually amazed at how smoothly everything seems to flow. There is a sense that the people working there genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Choosing a senior living community for a parent is a big decision, and it can come with a lot of uncertainty. Knowing that my mother is in a place where she is cared for, supported, and treated with kindness has given our family tremendous peace of mind. The nurses would never contact us when my grandpa fell. It ended up making him sick overtime and…read morethen he had to be put into the more intensive care unit because he couldn't walk on his own. They said that was of him becoming of old age when really he just fell too much because they wouldn't help him. If they would've contacted us and told him about his falling we would've had them put more of a watch on him and that would've never happened. They also try putting him on hospice six months earlier than he needed to go on and when we asked for a reason why they refused to give one to us and we had to go back-and-forth like crazy and talking to lawyers and eventually they took him off hospice once they realized that we were serious about pursuing them and they had no reason to put him on it. My grandpa recently had a stroke I called to ask what was going on and what care they were giving and they couldn't answer me when I keep asking more questions they laughed and said I don't know what you want me to tell you put me on hold and then put me with someone else in charge and the person was rude as well. This is probably the worst place to put your family and it's a waste your money and they don't give you the care that they say they will give when you pay the extra money for it. Just a total joke compared to what you can get for the care of your loved ones. Shame on these people in this company

There was a kindness and compassion from the staff to the residents that set it apart from other assisted living communities I have visited.
