The director, assistant director and everyone helping my dad were just phenomenal! The building is small (I got a tour before corona), so it felt more intimate, like he was with his family. I wish we could have experienced the facility without this mess, but I am thankful they took such good care of him!

My mother has been living there for almost two years, and I have been continually impressed by how kind, helpful, and supportive the staff has been. There is always someone available to answer questions or provide immediate support to the residents. Everyone - from the administrator's office and nursing staff to maintenance and the IT department - has been kind and supportive, whether my mom is asking for assistance or I'm calling with questions. I have always felt that my questions are taken seriously and that someone is willing to take the time to make sure we have what we need. The care my mother receives has also been very reassuring. The nursing staff has been wonderful, and whenever I have questions about her care, medications, or something the doctor needs to address, I know there is someone I can reach out to. Even when the person I need isn't immediately available, someone has always returned my call - usually within an hour or so. That kind of responsiveness means a great deal when you're caring for a parent from a distance. With so many residents requiring different levels of care and support, I am continually amazed at how smoothly everything seems to flow. There is a sense that the people working there genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Choosing a senior living community for a parent is a big decision, and it can come with a lot of uncertainty. Knowing that my mother is in a place where she is cared for, supported, and treated with kindness has given our family tremendous peace of mind.
