The initial setup seemed competent, yet persistent issues soon surfaced, requiring four repair visits where each "fix" only spawned new problems--like refrigerant leaks, coil malfunctions, and evaporator failures not covered by their warranty. For instance, they charged $1,000 to repair an evaporator leak, only to insist two months later that the entire unit needed replacement at another $2,000--all while billing me for refrigerant refills every time. To make matters worse, their administrative handler was consistently rude, dismissive, and lacking in empathy, turning every interaction into an unnecessary burden. In conclusion, finding reliable HVAC services these days feels nearly impossible--true craftsmanship just isn't what it used to be. That said, the customer service at Nieboer is exceptionally poor, miserable rather; even the simplest conversations with their employees fall well short of basic cognitive function. unfortunately adding insult to injury.

I called for service regarding a water filter system that Aireserve had previously installed along with a water softener system that they also installed. Jeremy arrived exactly when he said he would and dismantled and replaced a faulty water filter housing and securely mounted the new system to the wall so that the changing of the filter would be easier for me to do...it involved removing and rerouting the Pex piping that was in place and installing a new housing that we provided.Jeremy took the time to explain what and why what he did was necessary and instructed me on the steps to replace the filter and how often. Jeremy then primed my saline tank and gave me instruction on how to maintain my softener system. Jeremy then drained out water tank to rinse out any sediment that may have amassed in the water heater. Jeremy was very courteous and cleaned up after himself when he was done and made the overall visit painless and informative. I would highly recommend Airserver/Mr.Rooter plumbing to anyone that needs fast,informative and courteous service in there home for all your plumbing and hvac needs!

Shaun talked to me about what furnace was really most efficient for the size of our home and where we could get more bang for our buck on things like proper duct routing vs a more expensive unit, where we could probably benefit from more insulation and why some of the pricier things we were initially looking at weren't really necessary. Him and his crew went the extra mile on the install making sure everything was set up properly, and even stopped by after leaving one day just to make sure everything was tightened up properly.
