With 90 degree weather this week, it was the worst time for my air conditioner to give out. I had initially called a different company, but they were not able to complete the repair and needed to reschedule. Then they did not show up when agreed. My home temps had hit the 100 degree mark and out of desperation, I decided to call Twin Rivers. I should have called them first. They came out within 24 hours of my call and got my system up and running that same day. On top of that, their prices were less than half quoted by a competitor. I appreciate the top notch service and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this company to others needing heating or air conditioning services.

From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, incredibly courteous & very personable The technician arrived right on time (communicated when he was on this way and brought help) , diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the care taken to ensure the job was done right the first time. The leak was fixed efficiently, the workspace was left spotless, and the overall experience was completely stress-free. Hall's Plumbing turned what could have been a disaster into a smooth and reassuring process. It's rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and integrity the way they do. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing work! They did all that and provided a fair and decent price. Good plumbers and good value.

Water heater joint (PEX/Copper) began leaking Saturday night. I called this (Blacksburg) office…read more There was no answer, but you could leave a number for a call-back. I did this, and received a call within 30 minutes (from Danville). The scheduler said no one could come out that night, but the plumber would be out between 9 and 11 the next morning. As I had already shut off the water inlets and outlets, bled the pressure, and the pipe was no longer spraying water, this seemed reasonable. At 8:40 the next morning, I received a call from Danville again, telling me that their plumber was off on Sundays, so the soonest they could get out was Monday after 5 PM. I was expecting and prepared to pay after hours / Holiday weekend rates for emergency service when I needed it. I didn't get that. Do not advertise "24/7" service if you aren't able to offer anything even close to that. I did call the Blacksburg office (the number listed in this page) to confirm that they had no availability for today. Not impressed. I'll wait for my regular guy if I'm waiting.
