Gave the teller what I needed and they almost took from the wrong account despite the instructions and account info being in front of them. They are very polite but having the elderly and disabled stand for more than 10 minutes and to have only a couple tellers during most people's lunch hour should be taken a look at. I left with 4 people standing in line behind me and more walking in as I departed and there were only the same two tellers.

Got a call back stating to pick it up with the them saying i owe an additional 31.35!! When asked said the rate was 1.13, I looked the rate up and the rate hasn't surpassed 1.10 all year. SECU says they don't charge a fee but obviously with the difference in the rate they do. When I brought it up to the teller I was told PNC out of Raleigh can charge wjhatevwr they wanted- if I knew this I would have never ordered the currency. This is bad business practice on their part!! I also was told at the time of ordering the Euros the rate was 1.7. I will never do business with them again..... I hope people will use this review when considering any business with them In the future.

They never even apologize for mistakes, Don't explain anything. Went to make payment on my safety deposit box, for the year. She said you have not paid in 2 years,! I said I come in and personally pay .. then later she said I see no payment for 2021??? If I ever not paid, I would not even have a safety deposit box. They would have regained control of it. Plus the 800 number never mentioned it. They said all I owe is $30. This Tryna at the branch was not nice at all. Never smiled. Never explained what department was looking into this, when it would be paid, (after I made the deposit for payment)... nothing. Literally she was just mean. No other way to describe. I was at that branch a year ago, when I paid my Saftey Deposit fee, the teller made a mistake on my deposit, ... I noticed it after I left and was a good way down the road, had to turn around and go back.... no apology, nothing. Like she could have cared less.
