I have been using Dual Vision sine 2018. No matter where we move they always figure out the new taxes. If you want a company that will always have your back no matter what or where you live, then Dual Vision is for you. read more

Professional, prompt, and efficient. I'm very satisfied with their work. Will recommend them to my friends / coworkers.

I needed assistance managing the revenue and transactions for my appraisal business. I initially tried 1-800-Accountants but they didn't seem to be aware of what type of company I had much less give applicable advice on how to do things. That's why I decided to hire local and deal with someone I can speak to directly. DualVision definitely fits this bill. The staff here have been on the ball about current affairs and helping me with past tax mistakes that had previously cost me money and resulted in me getting a good deal of it back. This company has done for the Burlington area and small businesses as a whole. read more

I had always completed my taxes for lack of trust issues. Then, I had a hand holding my face moments, you know when you just throw your face into your hands, like what am I going to do??? I went looking for a "person" business can be cold; one I could trust " not easy " Dave Ramsey was a person who I thought cared or he was right most of the time when I listened... trust versus knowledge I did not know but the knowledge that Dave's site was listed for Dual Vision - Cyril Nesmith I have found help, a peaceful help in this person in all my years of tax time "Oh, woe is me" I don't have to worry during tax time, I have found knowledge and trust in Cyril. read more

I believe they are a great company the attention to detail and quick response was great. Unfortunately the price for the services I needed exceeded my budget. Never the less the service was great. read more

Cyril and team are great, thorough, and always respond within a business day to any question. My taxes are somewhat complicated, but they make sure the details are taken care of- you can get your taxes done cheaper elsewhere, possibly, but you get what you pay for (and more) at DualVision. read more

Fine professional service and representation. They were attentive to my needs and rapid in all responses.

Cyril NeSmith is the most unethical person I have ever met. "Treat people right and the money will follow." those are the words he left me with as I chose his employment offer over 3 others. What ensued was anything but ethics and morals. My offer was cut out from under me and reduced as well as the perks of the job being nothing as described. To boot my employment contract was changed and the signature forged with management not even having the wherewithal or attention to detail to see it was a medical doctor's (my father's) handwritten signature pulled from a background check and not my own. Cyril later fired a single mother the day tax season ended, but found her worthy enough to employ throughout tax season. When I questioned his ethics in a non confrontational way I was turned against, discredited, gaslighted, and attacked constantly. Not to mention the errors I was finding under his watch were glaring. I tried to be an advocate for employees and his clients, as their best interest takes precedence over our own, but I was seen as a threat and an enemy instead of a force for good. I would never recommend anyone to this accounting firm for employment or accounting needs. read more

Top notch customer service from Cecil and his team. The firm reworked and amended some earlier returns for us and got us out of a hefty tax bill. All legally I might add. Been going to them every since for some years now. Even though we now live in New England I don't trust anyone else and will always use and recommend DualVision! read more

Cyril and his staff are wonderful and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

DualVision staff are great and they provide excellent customer service. Very very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Did I mention that they're patient!!! I've tried multiple tax prep services. At one point, I was doing my own taxes. No more of that... We're so happy that a friend recommended DualVision. And I highly recommend them as well. read more

I did not get my tax needs meet or any help from the usual online software programs. The answers were not there, and taking the wrong approach, would have been very very costly... I started to realize I need a professional and not just any CPA, but one I could trust. Well, trust starts at the office level, who the CPA's staff was would determine the team I was using to meet my needs and the most important component knowledge to comfort my worries! I am very overwhelmed with results... the first phone call to the office was soothing, all the question I through at her was met with genuine concern from her. When I went in to the office I was met by a very kind receptionist and the other assistances in the office as well, you could just tell they were working for me and the same help and assistance was given to me from all the others in that office. I felt like I was well-taken care of. The ability to contact the office by an online portal or get answers on the phone made the tax experience, even more, claiming and hopeful. I was right all my tax problems were completely met with the right response! I would recommend Dual Vision in Burlington, N.C. to others because your tax needs will be addressed I am satisfied read more
