I needed assistance managing the revenue and transactions for my appraisal business. I initially tried 1-800-Accountants but they didn't seem to be aware of what type of company I had much less give applicable advice on how to do things. Cyril NeSmith is the most unethical person I have ever met. "Treat people right and the money will follow." those are the words he left me with as I chose his employment offer over 3 others. What ensued was anything but ethics and morals. My offer was cut out from under me and reduced as well as the perks of the job being nothing as described. To boot my employment contract was changed and the signature forged with management not even having the wherewithal or attention to detail to see it was a medical doctor's (my father's) handwritten signature pulled from a background check and not my own. Cyril later fired a single mother the day tax season ended, but found her worthy enough to employ throughout tax season. When I questioned his ethics in a non confrontational way I was turned against, discredited, gaslighted, and attacked constantly. Not to mention the errors I was finding under his watch were glaring. I tried to be an advocate for employees and his clients, as their best interest takes precedence over our own, but I was seen as a threat and an enemy instead of a force for good. I would never recommend anyone to this accounting firm for employment or accounting needs. read more

I did not get my tax needs meet or any help from the usual online software programs. The answers were not there, and taking the wrong approach, would have been very very costly... Well, trust starts at the office level, who the CPA's staff was would determine the team I was using to meet my needs and the most important component knowledge to comfort my worries! I am very overwhelmed with results... the first phone call to the office was soothing, all the question I through at her was met with genuine concern from her. When I went in to the office I was met by a very kind receptionist and the other assistances in the office as well, you could just tell they were working for me and the same help and assistance was given to me from all the others in that office.
