His online presence brands himself as someone who is an expert on how to make money and chase real estate profits from others and nothing about service and giving back. Online posts of pictures and videos if not taken down upon home sale and home owner request is classified as an ethics violation by AZ Association of REALTORS. I will be filing my complaints via other channels to have my privacy protected. Updates: After working frustratingly on my own, I managed to have my private online information removed that were posted by Brian North and weren't removed within the reasonable time as required by ARMLS. Beware of this realtor who sells luxury real estate. He doesn't respect his buyer/sell's privacy and safety after a transaction is closed and he already has his commission money.
