I made an order online to be delivered for my fathers birthday. I was in hospital during this period. I paid a premium for a 2hour delivery window. I arranged for my mother to wait for that delivery.
Not only was it not delivered, I was also not informed.
I found out nearly 2 weeks later that it had not been delivered, I complained and was assured by Luke that it would be delivered that day. I had my parents stay home all day for the delivery.
I called again that night and was told the store manager told the driver the delivery had already been dispatched. I asked for a refund. Since then I have asked for meaningful compensation but have been ignored.
I will never give another woolworths owned or linked company another cent.
