Eventually, I was called back for my X-rays, and the dental assistant was very kind and professional. The receptionist also did her job well. After that, I waited for the dentist. She came into the room and, after several minutes, introduced herself. When I explained that I was there for my scheduled cleaning, she told me they did not have anyone available to perform it. This was extremely disappointing because I had already adjusted my work schedule and arrived late to work specifically for this appointment. She then offered to do the cleaning herself, which I initially appreciated. However, I was told I would have to wait another 1 hour and 45 minutes. At that point, I realized my time was not being respected, so I decided to leave. I left feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. The overall experience made me feel as though I was treated differently, and that is not how any patient should leave a healthcare office. As a proud Dominican and a naturalized U.S. citizen, I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. I hope this office reviews its scheduling practices and ensures that future patients are treated with the consideration and respect they deserve.

I adore him. Truly. He's kind and gentle. He knows how to put me at ease. I'm admittedly a big big baby when it comes to dental care but I trust him completely. I highly recommend him to anyone but especially for people like me with A LOT of dental anxiety. Sara is my hygienist. If you go in ask for her specifically. She was a dental assistant for two decades before she became a hygienist. She's super gentle and incredibly intelligent. She offers me new ideas and tricks when I come in. She remembers me and what we talked about last. She asks about my kids and talks freely about herself. I love that! It makes me feel like I matter to her even though I only see her twice a year! Lastly, the office manager, Tricia, is super sweet and knowledgeable. She's a patient of the practice as well and she knows everything about the practice. She's worked as a dental assistant in the back for years, in the front office, and as the person you talk with if you want to have any cosmetic or aesthetic done. Xrays were from a top-of-the-line machine, and everything was very clean and looked brand new and quite expensive. The dentist looked over the films and announced that I needed five crowns, showing me two spots on two different teeth. I walked out in absolute shock, and my spouse staggered when I told him what the dentist had said. Considering most of my family needed dentures at 35 years old, I thought that my teeth would be in bad condition, but not that bad. My spouse's dentist has a more conservative approach in saving as much of the tooth as possible, and avoids using a crown unless absolutely necessary. This dentist is good if you like a, very strong approach toward your dental care and can afford to pay for that approach.

I don't know if something was up with their equipment or what, but saw on Google Reviews that several others also had this issue recently. I did finally get a hold of them 6 business days later after I called for the 4th time, though no explanation or apology was given about what happened before. Being that this is a smaller office, expect to have to wait for things like Crowns, they don't have a way to make them in office like most places. I really cannot emphasize enough that the office staff here is awful. You will hear them nonstop gossiping about nsfw topics if you're waiting in the lobby. When they do talk to patients, they talk like robots. I felt so bad for the several walk-ins that came by during my last visit. The office person simply didn't know how to interact with them when she learned they weren't existing patients. I am assuming she was flustered so she reverted to asking them the same check in questions over and over again which confused things even further as they had said at least twice already that they were new and didn't have appointments. OLIVIA violated my HIPAA/Privacy rights by discussing my private information with other Orthodontist in the area as retaliation for stopping my treatment. This is horrible practices...
