My wife and I recently stepped up from a Cessna 1&2 and purchased a 1978 Cessna Turbo 210 from this aircraft dealer in Tulsa. Our experience was very positive, we were treated very kindly and with respect, we were given more time for our pre-purchase inspection when we discovered that our independent inspector was I'll and could not immediately travel to Tulsa to survey the plane. There were a few minor discrepancies found during our inspection and Dan was more than glad to have those issues professionally addressed. The sales manager Daniel Fernandez was also very pleasant and helped us tremendously with all of the information we requested. The entire staff was very welcoming and open and honest with us about the history of the plane we purchased and we feel we made new friends from this experience. Terrible customer service in the form of the owner himself. Was interested in buying an aircraft from them which seemed to be overpriced, with outdated avionics and near TBO engines. I offered what the aircraft was valued at in those conditions. The first email response was nothing but pleasant from Michael Rourke, but then out of nowhere, Dan himself emails me. His email pretty much explains that all my knowledge about buying aircraft is useless and how he knows best. Never trust an aircraft seller who doesn't want you to trust anyone else.
