He was able to lightening and strengthen pressure according to how I was responding, as well as use the appropriate type of pressure (broad vs specific) since I am very ticklish. He was able to locate my stress points were and why they were affecting different parts of my body. He focused on my most knotty areas (heh!) and I will be booking a follow up appointment with him to continue working out these areas. Tip: The health centre is upstairs. I accidentally went to the laser clinic on the main floor.

Called them at 8:30AM to confirm my appointment, as I mistakenly wrote down the appointment date in another calendar I don't have access to. So wanted to confirm, as I live very close by at Carlton and Ontario,and could have easily arrived on time. I didn't receive a callback until 9:01AM. Then was told to rush in there in during rush hour traffic, and if I didn't get there within 20 mins they will cancel my appointment. I Ubered there and arrived at 9:24AM, as my Uber driver got lost. Finally arrived, and was told I can't get my services with an insane amount of attitude from a blonde young lady 20's. I was willing to use my benefits here too, as I have amazing coverage, but it's their loss. For $35 from Groupon, I've spent now $18 on Uber's to get here and back. Their osteopath prices are within the usual range. The only bad thing, I think, is that you have to climb up big steep stairs to go to the clinic (on the second floor), which is not ideal at all for people who come to see an osteopath or a chiropractor for back/leg problems.

Bring a book, or get into a game on your phone, because you will likely be waiting, but Whitby Walk in is a good choice.
