We have loads of friends who are realtors but when it came time to sell our home during a pandemic, we wanted someone extremely experienced. I reached out to Kerry and about 4 other agents who advertised as being knowledgeable in the Cedar Park market. After sending an initial email request, I received a response from Kerry crazy fast. I could tell that she truly understood the market from that first contact - almost as importantly, my husband and I both clicked with her personality. To be completely honest, I never even responded to the other agents that replied to my first query. During the month or two that we worked with Kerry on our home sale, she was always prepared, we trusted her recommendations and in addition to her experience, she brought a incredibly professional team to help us through the process including a stager who gave us great recommendations and a photographer who made our home look amazing in all of the marketing materials her team produced. Our home sold the day it hit the MLS, at well over asking price. While the market is crazy right now, I am certain that we wouldn't have been as successful with another agent. We leaned on her heavily, reached out to her constantly (to an annoying degree, I'm sure!) and she was always one step ahead of us, incredibly responsive and truly a ton of fun to work with. She made the process super easy and we never worried about whether things were on track or if we were ready for the next thing. She had it covered. We are still in the "never moving again" phase of our adventure, but I wouldn't even consider using someone else for any future transactions. The only bad thing is that we will miss chatting with Kerry every day!

He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. This was especially important as we were buying from out of state with the intention of moving to Austin soon. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!

He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home's value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller's agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

I worked with Amanda to sell a condo and buy a single family home and have only positive experience to share. Amanda positions her business as a small boutique that is very customer oriented. I still think that Amanda and her team was a blessing from above and cannot believe I am a proud home owner in one of the craziest real estate markets in America. My first step was to sell a condo. During my first meeting with Amanda it was clear what needs to happen before the listing and what kind of repairs are needed to get done to get the best interest in the condo from buyers. Amanda also recommended a contractor (along with many other contacts for windows, carpets, hardwood floors, etc. I think I walked away with 10 new contacts in my phone). In 3 weeks the work in the condo was done and it went live on the market. Almost forgot - Amanda staged the condo saying it is crucial and makes a big difference during showing. And it did! After 2 open house weekends it was in contract and sold in 10 days. I also received all the documents from the sale on a single CD from Amanda's office. Yay for not keeping extra 10 lbs of paper in the home office. After this we moved on to the more difficult part - finding the right home. Amanda has many tools available that make search easy and as soon as I see something I like it takes 1 click of a button to notify Amanda and she will let me know when we can go see that property. I spent quiet some time browsing and seeing lots and lots of properties until I settled on one house. Here is where I was really impressed with Amanda and her team - Amanda went to the city building department to pull all of the permits on a house since it was built to make sure all work was done by a permit. How many agents would do that? Having a nice clean permit record is definitely a huge plus. There are many aspects of the transaction that is hidden from the buyer/seller and I know Amanda with her team will be on top of them, making sure everything goes smoothly, and most importantly on time. Another important moment - Amanda keeps good business connections with lots of real estate agents/brokers which is crucial for this business and ultimately benefits you as her client. A truly great experience from the beginning to end. Thank you Amanda and the team.
