Eric did a wonderful job on very old carpet. He was friendly, professional, and respectful. Definitely will use again!

Got my carpets & hard floors cleaned. Cleaners Rob & Othell were exceptional! Arrived a bit later than my appointment was scheduled (at 9, arrived at 9:30) but was in no rush. Even though I was on the third floor, they got everything done in an hour. As I was in the process of moving out of my apartment I had an unusual favor to ask & they were kind enough to help me move the fridge & unplug it. Phenomenal service & the apartment smelt amazing! That essential oil they use definitely brought the life back into the apartment for the future tenants. 100% recommend to those in Orlando area! read more

We asked them to evaluate an antique wool rug from Pakistan for mold remediation and cleaning. They responded fast and came to the house. They told us the rug was not salvageable. Approximately one week later we had Like New Carpets give an estimate and they said they could clean it. We are doing all this remotely for a family member's house. I can't comment on "Dan Dan the Carpet Man"'s quality, only their willingness to take on an admittedly difficult job. Perhaps with a better substrate they would have been more willing to. read more

great job by Carlos! carpets & couch look great & everything smells fresh too. punctual, actually requested permission to arrive a little early, which was great for us. we are repeat customers & will use them again. the scheduler over the phone was great too, got us in on the exact day we wanted. happy customers! read more

Dan dan did an amazing job on carpets in our rental unit, nice staff as well. I would use them again and again.

Needed someone to clean and seal our tile and grout. Found them on the internet based on all their reviews and went with them because it sounded like they do it a little different and better than everyone else. Jimmy came out this week and did a bang up job. The tile and grout looked great, almost like new again. Price was very and comparable to most other companies. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. read more

This company did a great job on our carpets and area rugs!! We were beginning to see traffic patterns on our carpets, and area rugs. They did a great job, our carpets look and feel like new! They were very careful with all the equipment they used. They put guards around all walls and furniture that the hoses would rub against. Plus made sure the others floors were protected also. They had fans that they let blow for almost 30 minutes after cleaning to help dry the carpet. We are very happy with their service and will use them again. If you need your carpets cleaned I highly recommend DanDan The Carpet Man! Plus they do many others services too. read more

I own a light beige sofa and spilled tea on it :( I purchased upholstery cleaner which ended up making the issue worse, so based on reviews I called Dan. They were able to fit me in the same week, were on time, thorough, and did an amazing job. The sofa looks new again. Jimmy who was the representative who cleaned our sofa was amazing. He was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledge. He informed my husband about additional products that would be beneficial to us, but wasn't pushy. (We ended up opting in for more protection). If you're looking for quality work, call Dan and his team! read more

I have used this company previously to do my regular cleanings and they do a great job, probably the best carpet cleaning service I've ever had. But what has impressed me most was most recently I was out of town and my son was staying at my home watching my dog who got sick and made a mess all over my bedroom and living room. Even from out of town I was able to reach out to this company, they were able to go in and do an amazing job of fixing an absolute mess! I am so thankful that they were able to get there within a day!! They have my business forever. read more

We can't say enough good things about this business. They are reasonably priced, punctual, it's easy to schedule with them and there are never any surprises on the invoice. We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday for the second time, and we are as happy this time as we were last year! Our carpets were destroyed... as in, should we have them cleaned or just replace them?? Today they feel soft, look and smell SO fresh and clean. The technician showed up on time, was friendly and did the job in the amount of time he said it would take. The value for the price is incredible, I can't believe how many steps there are in their cleaning process for the cost. And it works! Our carpets look amazing! Thanks, Dan Dan the Carpet Man! ‍ read more

They did a great job checking to see what kind of fabric I had and how it best needed to be clean. I also got good advice on what stains came out and what didn't. The actual work turned out to be significantly less expensive than the quote, which is always a wonderful surprise! read more

These guys were great, i hadn't had my carpets cleaned in a while, they came out within a couple days, carpets look great, but it's the extra effort they provided that i found really impressive and makes them stand out, they put a cover on the front door so the A/C would not escape, they wore booties, they took the time to put corner guards up so the hose would not damage the walls, they put plastic under chair legs on the carpet to stop staining. Great job read more

I just recently moved out of a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house that was almost all carpet except for the kitchen and bathrooms. My roommate and I had lived there for two years, so there was naturally a lot of stains from traffic, drink spills, and whatnot. My cat, who is a big fan of coughing of hairballs, also left his signature on parts of the carpet. After toying around with the idea of just renting our own carpet shampoo thingee, we eventually decided that we would need professionals if we were going to make the place as presentable as possible upon moving out. After poking around online, I settled on Dan, Dan The Carpet Man. While the name was funny to me, the pricing looked very reasonable and the company had received some glowing reviews. We weren't able to get our furniture completely out of the house until almost the last day, so our options were limited. Fortunately, DDTCM had availability for us. As you know, moving can be heavy on the wallet considering security deposits, moving vans, application fees, etc, so affordability was a key factor in our decision to hire DDTCM. We went with the most basic package, the Good Samaritan Package. It included emulsifier, disinfectant, steam cleaning, and pile rake. At 25 cents per square foot, this seemed like a great deal. And it was! The technician arrived right in the window of expected arrival time. He was friendly, personable, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable. We went through each room of the house, and he explained how he would tackle each area. He did inform me about an upgraded package, but I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell or force anything on me. About 2 hours later, he was done, and I was quite pleased with the result. The carpet went from, "Well, that's been down a few dark roads" to "would think it was new if I didn't know any better"! The technician explained to me everything he did and also gave me some advice on better ways to clean up pet stains (Pro-tip: Don't bother with Resolve. Use hydrogen peroxide). I was extremely pleased with the results, and I would not hesitate to recommend DDTCM to anyone who needs carpet cleaning service. read more

As a previous Realtor I've used several carpet cleaning companies for various listings throughout the years... After my experiences with Dan he's my go to guy. We've used him twice now for our personal home and we are thrilled with the results. I have two black cats (one long hair) and a typical carpet cleaning (before Dan) involved large wet clumps of cat hair left all about the house. We don't have that problem anymore! Aside from doing a great job I would say the customer service has been stellar. Our tech the first visit was so PASSIONATE about getting the stains out. He was so excited to see how clean he could get the carpets. He didn't treat it like another job to get through the day... he wanted to really clean the carpets! Dan called a few days later to check in and make sure we were happy with the results which I also loved. We just used the company again earlier this month and are just as happy with the experience! I think if you base quotes solely on pricing they are a bit more but you GET SO MUCH MORE. read more

Dan Dan is definitely the man! When it comes to cleaning carpets, these guys are the pros. Got a quick response and delivered on their promises. I couldn't believe the results I got. Nice to see a company treat you like a customer and provide real service! Very attentive, polite and explained process thoroughly. When I emailed company for a quote, Dan called me back shortly. Alex cleaned carpeted floors and stairs. All stains came up. Looks so bright and clean. Downstairs he cleaned so well the grout is the original color now. Worked with me to fit my budget. Excellent clean up after working. Very nice, personable, and considerate professional. I would recommend to everyone. read more

We had a tough problem -- 2 large dogs who track in dirt, and a turmeric spill. They couldn't guarantee the turmeric removal. It is a known dye from India. The tech who came was super nice and very knowledgeable. All dog dirty spots were completely removed, and from where I sit now I can't see the turmeric stain. read more

Great job on my tile and grout Alex! I am so happy with the results. I wanted to replace the flooring in my home because I was very unhappy with the discoloring of the grout and the worn look of the tile. I tried bleach and everything else, but nothing seemed to work. I hired Dan Dan the Carpet Man to revive the look of the flooring and it looks great now. The grout is much lighter and the floor is spotless. Alex was very professional, covered his shoes in the house at all times, did not rush the job, and was very respectful. Would definitely hire again. read more

Unfortunately, I learned the hard way all carpet/upholstery cleaning companies are not created equal...I am happy to report I was pleased with the service and quality provided by this company. Everyone was courteous and professional, from the appointment setter to the staff that cleaned my upholstery and carpet. The cleaner took care to explain what they were doing and advised of what I should for upkeep. The quote provided on the phone was accurate and came in about 25% lower than a competitor. I will definitely use their services again! read more

I did a ton of research into carpet cleaning companies who could clean in a high-rise building, and Dan Dan rose to the top. Fred was so helpful, accessible and accommodating in answering questions and providing an estimate. The two service techs who came out were wonderful, and left our carpets in incredible condition. They also cleared our air ducts. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. We'd definitely use them again in the future! read more

We needed our carpets cleaned ASAP and I called Dan and he made it happen! It just so happens that I got lucky and spoke to Dan himself. He was very thorough and professional. He made it a point to explain their different cleaning packages and also how they calculate the pricing which was refreshing because not all companies do that. He also didn't try to up sell me which was great. The day of the cleaning the tech that was supposed to come out had a family emergency and Dan came out instead and did the cleaning. I think this says a lot about the way Dan runs his business and cares about his employees. Dan was nothing short of professional and flexible. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable carpet cleaning company. I will definitely use Dan Dan the Carpet Man again in the future. read more
