If you go up to the upper levels you can get good views of Downtown. The garage is easy to get in and out of with the entrance on Corcoran and the spiral exit onto Ramseur. There is an elevator at one end of the lot and they have stairs at each of the corners. I don't know if they have lights or security - I was never here after 5pm. My only complaint is that the first three levels are reserved or for the bank parking. That's a lot of circling but at least they have it as opposing circles so the up traffic and the down traffic don't go against each other. [Review 11618 overall, 1398 of 2019.]

There's a sign in front of every parking space that says you have to pay if you park here up to 5 pm. Well, the entrance in here has no booth, and neither does the exit. Who will I pay? I saw a guy starting to put out parking signs for Bulls game that night. I asked him how I pay and he said don't worry. Also, when you enter, there's a sign that says visitors first floor only. Does that mean going up during the day requires a parking permit? None of these things are very clear. Is the first floor has maybe four hundred spots. That may sound like a lot, but it's not, and they are small spaces. I do appreciate that the parking is convenient to the ball park in the historic district. On the return, we picked up our bags and waited at the Express pickup for less than 5 minutes one time and the bus was waiting for us the other time. We were again helped with bag loading and were offered complimentary water. We will definitely use this parking again, especially at the discount rate.
