Ryan helped us sell our condo and buy a home, and we couldn't be happier with him or the Dalzell Group! For starters, we saw Ryan in action when his clients were interested in buying our condo. Even though his clients ultimately decided that they couldn't afford our condo, we asked Ryan to work with us because we were blown away by his knowledge, sincerity, and demeanor. From the beginning, Ryan never showed us a home that didn't meet every single item on our list of "must-have" criteria. Once we decided to see place, he would do his homework by visiting it himself first so that he could answer all our questions when we were seeing it. On a few occasions, he gave us honest information about a prospective despite knowing that it would mean we would not buy the place because he was more interested in finding us a home that we loved instead of making a quick deal.
