Looked like…read morea lovely boutique and wished I lived in the US so I could go there, then I seen a pair of neon tweed shorts and fell in love. I sent them a message and asked if there was anyway I could purchase and have these shorts shipped to Canada, I was expecting to hear no and they said sure no problem. A little over a week and I had my shorts! So glad I stumbled across them. I recommend to check out their page on FB they load a few new photos almost daily of the items featured in their store. I have also ordered a pair of the same shorts for my friend over the phone and the sales lady took and submitted my order, it took two minutes and she was very pleased to help me with my order. The emails are a bit slower with communication which is understandable since they are working so If you see something you like it will be faster to call in your order. I highly recommend!

I would have given 0 stars, but the young man at the gun counter, with multi-colored hair, was phenomenal with help and customer service, these stars I gave are for him, and him alone. It is sad, that have so much merchandise that you want to look through, but if you're in there long enough you would want to go to the bathroom. They do not have a public restroom however. So I strongly advise that you think you will need to go, handle it before you get there or have a quick exit strategy. Like I said before if you shop at Ross , this place is very familiar. I went in asking for an EXCHANGE within the "14 day grace period" and was denied to do so. Apparently they don't make exchanges anymore but no one informed me nor does it say anywhere in the register when I was buying. When asked for management they refused to answer when they could be talked to. The bitch even went so far as to sniff the dress in front of me, said I've worn it already then called me a liar when I was defending myself. She started ignoring me after a while so seriously FUCK this place and run the other way, don't give these bitches your time or money.
