He replied all of them are inventory clearance. I bought 40 boxes, 630 Sq Ft. All boxes were mixed with bad and good ones. There were a lot of spots on the vinyl planks. They look like the wood was missing some spots of stain. This is a real technical problem. After I contacted the claim agent, Amber Cantrell. She told me the manufacturer said that was normal! After that, I found the plank had milling problems, the click lock system has a big issue, the planks don't stay flat on the surface. Conclusion, they know the problem but still sell the product as a good ones. They tried to cheat people! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I decided to do some research and found Carpets in Dalton online. They carried the same brands so, I sent them an email. Joshua quickly responded via email and I then gave hIm a call. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions without making me feel pressured. Then he gave me the price and well it was HALF the cost for the exact same brand! I thought it may be too good to be true, but Joshua sent me all the paperwork and a contract and everything was legitimate. I signed and paid for the rug and it arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing issue with the rug. I reached out to Joshua and he made sure a replacement was sent. He was truly my advocate. They was going to leave the job unfinished if a friend of mine hadn't stepped in and told them that they couldn't leave it like that for another week since my mom would had to stay at the local motel during that time which she couldn't have done. I had to pick up after them when they left the first night where they left scraps and thier trash in the house. When I asked them to run the vacuum cleaner to remove the scraps of carpet left behind after the job was done. They refused and said that it was my job to do that. I have so many indents in my floor from everything that has been sitting, you can see any nails underneath in the floorboards and god forbid you drop something. This company does not provide specific installation manuals, I requested one repeatedly and after much delay I was sent a generic manual from Google. We had no idea what products and techniques would be best to use to keep this flooring intact. Probably would have been worthless anyway considering the poor quality. Just installed this flooring in the spring and it already needs replaced. So much time and money down the drain. It's even more impressive how well it's held up considering we have four young children and a dog, and the carpet we chose is a pretty light color (Silver Birch). We have been extremely happy with the softness, quality of construction, and how easily spills can be blotted up. We also have a large Earth Weave Catskill area rug which has also held up beautifully over the years despite being in a high-traffic area. I called the company directly today because I would like to order another of their rugs in a custom shape and size, and the person I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating. I'm very grateful this company exists so that we can have *truly* nontoxic, beautiful, high quality wool carpets in our home.

After receiving the carpet we noticed the color, pile height and cut pile where all completely different than our sample. Now after designing a complete remodel and purchasing everything to match the carpet they are telling us we are out of luck. I read the website and am aware of some slight differences in color tones but this carpet is a completely different color, not to mention half the pile height and different cut patterns.
