This place is landscaped well and taken care with a clean environment. The people here are super nice. It costs a little more monthly, but upside is you have a spot versus the waiting list at the cheaper places down the bay. You'll probably want to head elsewhere for repairs, but for normal operations it's the most convenient around. Happy boating.

Didn't deliver it. Multiple times, the sales lady said she'd ship me an anchor. Didn't deliver it. Claimed they did a multi-point inspection only to find a month later an impeller ready to fail and old broken fuel lines. They processed GA registration with the incorrect HIN# so it was a mess and a long wait trying to re-register in my state. Don't trust a thing these people say they will do because they won't.

You can go earlier but they give you 2 times to choose from which is great when you have a family that's slow moving in the mornings. Boats are brand new! Bluetooth radio with great speakers and sound (may sound like a small win but most rentals have horrible electronics), depth finder was perfect and boat performance was spot on. We tuned for 6+ hours of the 7-8 we had the rental. Stopped on a sandbar once which was fun. The lake water was perfect in late June, water is all fresh water and clear. The depth averages 50-60' but there's 100'+ areas. We also went in for a quick bio break and dot ice cream and a 4 pack of lemon vodka drinks. I don't drink allot especially while in charge of a boat but I had one drink in the hot sun which was nice. Vodka lemon soda they were great. This will probably be our top experience the 8 days in Blue Ridge. I told my wife I'd I had to live the movie "50 first dates" it would be that day over and over. Please remember to tip the dock hand these guys are in the sun all day and are very kind, polite and on top of their jobs.

They treat my Mastercraft with care and are prompt and knowledgeable. Their diagnosis of issues is thoughtful and they take the time to get to the root cause of an issue. Appreciate Denny and the crew... will continue to be the place I go to for winterize/de-winterize and service issues for my boat.

They stated a price and schedule to fix my boat. They said some other parts were needed once it was there for over 3 weeks but kept waiting to give me a new price. Never gave me the new price after me reaching out 3 times. I had to pick it up FOUR weeks later and they said I owed them $80, for nothing. Very bad business. Save your time and money. Too many other good shops out there. Check around Chattanooga and you'll have better luck.
